Hotel atende ao básico em boa localização!
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado e tem um roof top. Os funciinarios são atenciosos. Hotel simples.

Cons:

Os serviços não funcionam bem, café da manhã um pouco atrapalhado e não tem muitas opções. A pior parte foi a limpeza do quarto. Viemos um dia do passeio e o quarto foi "arrumado" , mas só feito a cama. A sacada estava cheia de areia do outro dia. Não foi varrido.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, todos muy amables y siempre atentos. Habitaciones muy amplias, modernas. Desayuno completo y muy rico. La vista desde al terraza es espectacular. La experiencia en general fue muy buena y superó las expectativas.

Great hotel with nice amenities
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, well situated, devoted and friendly staff. We enjoyed the restaurant menu for breakfast (included and varied). Dinner and appetizers were also good.

We also enjoyed the services from the Lionfish Scuba Diving School, whose staff you can encounter at hotel— definitely recommend scuba diving with them (it was safe, competitive price, patient and friendly staff).

Cons:

A bit expensive but everything kind of is in San Andres, so just something to consider. Some rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, there was a bit of mold accumulation in the shower ceramic and paint of sink and handles is rusty— this is not a big deal but it’s all about the details.

Pros:

Eu amei o time da recepção, foram muito atenciosos e super cordiais. Fizeram diferença nessa experiência. Foram muito acolhedores durante toda nossa estadia, até mesmo nos ajudaram a chamar táxi e com dicas e orientações sobre a cidade.

Cons:

O quarto em si, não tinha janela e o sistema de exaustão não estava funcionando, mas nada que fosse tão relevante, mas poderia ter sido melhor

Atende as necessidades com qualidade
Pros:

Bastante conforto nas camas e de excelente qualidade, chuveiro quente (direrencial entre outras hospedagens na ilha). Café da manhã com bastante variedade de escolhas e muito bem servido. Funcionários prestativos e bem preparados para os atendimentos necessários

Poderiam ter um local para secar roupas e estender, pois como o ambiente era fechado não havia possibilidade de seca las e muitas ficaram úmidas

El hotel es ecosustentable y muy agradable. Las instalaciones son amplias y cómodas, lo que hace que la estadía sea muy grata. Destaco especialmente la atención del personal, quienes fueron siempre muy amables y con excelente disposición para ayudar.

Como aspectos a mejorar, mencionaría el desayuno. Si bien es a la carta, la variedad de productos es algo limitada y la calidad podría ser un poco mejor.

También sería positivo mejorar la aislación acústica, ya que se escuchan con bastante facilidad los ruidos del pasillo y de otras habitaciones.

En general, una muy buena experiencia, destacando principalmente la atención del equipo y el ambiente del lugar.

Buenas tardes, quiero desahogarme antes de publicar mi reseña en Booking.com. Acabo de salir de allí. Estaba en la habitación 201, Jose Nascimento. Ayer, un hombre entró en mi habitación y llamó insistentemente. Estaba en la ducha con mi esposa, salí y abrí la puerta. Me preguntó si fumaba, le dije que no, pero aun así metió la cabeza en la habitación. La puerta del baño estaba abierta y mi prometida estaba desnuda. Me pareció indignante. El que fumaba era el mismo que fumaba un puro junto a la piscina. Lo grabé todo y demandaré al hotel. Cuídense.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid for the stay.
Pros:

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The room also had a hairdryer, which was convenient. It was also helpful to have someone available at the hotel who could organize tours and activities.

Cons:

In my opinion, this hotel falls far short of expectations and is significantly overpriced for what it offers.
We booked two rooms for a week, and the initial rooms assigned to us had no windows. This was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel’s description at the time of booking. Both rooms, as well as the corridor, had a noticeable smell of damp and mold, which made the stay uncomfortable and also made it difficult to dry clothes, towels, and swimwear.
After the second day, we were able to change one of the rooms, but the overall situation remained disappointing.
The breakfast service was also quite poor, both in terms of variety and quality. On several occasions, it took close to an hour to receive something as simple as toast and yogurt.
While there were a few friendly staff members, most of the staff did not seem particularly welcoming or helpful.
Upon arrival, we were also informed that alcohol was not sold anywhere on the premises, including in the pool area. This information had not been stated in the hotel description when we made the reservation.
