Pros:

Close to the University, we were there for baseball games. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was unimpressive but available. Muffins, granola bars, that sort of thing. But I’d stay again.

This was a nice hotel. The room's AC was not working. We called a few times. We tried to reset per instructions from front desk. We got a fan. Neither helped, so we ended up switching rooms. It was late in the evening, but the fact they let us move rooms helped a ton. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

The property seemed a little run down. The bathroom needs some updating and the corners looked moldy. It smelled like a dog in our room. The beds were comfy though.

it was not their fault, but they had problems with the reservation because sprinklers and damage 19 rooms. The staff was very accommodating with changing me to another room. However, as I checked in, the gentleman taught me into taking a ground level floor, which was a handicap room. There was mold and mailed you all in the shower. During the night the fire alarm went off several times. In the morning as I was checking out at 7:30 AM, I ask what was going on. she goes we’re not sure.

Sprinkler system had gone off and damaged some of the rooms and almost lost our reservation over it. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Rooms need some maintenance. Will not stay again.

Pros:

Super clean and spacious room. Breakfast is basic with cereal, breakfast sandwiches and yogurt. No coffee in room.
