Bel établissement mais le service n'est pas toujours à la hauteur du standing affiché.
Pros:

Très belle chambre. Au calme.
En revanche, c'est assez loin de l'accueil, des restaurants et de l'entrée. Peu de personnel parle anglais.

Cons:

Alors que j'ai écris à l'établissement un mois et demi avant notre venue pour demander s'il y a des événements organisés pour le réveillon du 31/12, nous n'avons pas pu dîner dans l’hôtel. Nous avons été mal renseignés. Dommage.

Wonderful and caring staff
Pros:

Very caring staff providing quality services. Their services and attention to details are exceptional good which bring comfort to a elder guest who travels all the way from Hong Kong to Beijing just to watch the wonderful matches performed by the World’s best table tennis players.

The style of the hotel is just perfect it feels like an indoor garden

Cons:

Its very far away from the city, and the AC doesn’t go below 25 Celsius, it was very hot in the room and we coudnt sleep very well
