Ужасный отель, который испортил отдых

На сайте Booking не было никакой информации о закрытии пляжного сезона и отсутствии доступа к собственному пляжу. Для отдыха в конце сентября это принципиально важный момент, и подобные обстоятельства должны быть указаны заранее, а не становиться неприятным сюрпризом после заселения.

Отдельный кошмар — полное отсутствие интернета. Не работает ни Wi-Fi в отеле, ни мобильная связь в номерах. В современных условиях это абсолютно неприемлемо, особенно когда гостям необходимо оставаться на связи.

Но самое возмутительное произошло в номере: на меня упала декоративная панель и ударила по голове. Несмотря на этот опасный инцидент, администрация отеля отказалась возмещать ущерб или предлагать какую-либо компенсацию.

Завтрак — просто отвратительный. Самые дешёвые продукты сомнительного качества: сыр и колбаса, напоминающие бумагу. Выбор и качество еды совершенно не соответствуют ожиданиям от нормального отеля.

Вместо полноценных пляжных шезлонгов предлагались обычные пластиковые стулья. До Нью-Аламейна также довольно далеко, поэтому расположение нельзя назвать удобным для тех, кто рассчитывает отдыхать в этом районе.

Итог: отсутствие заранее заявленной информации о пляже, полное отсутствие связи, опасная ситуация с упавшей на голову панелью и отказ администрации взять на себя ответственность, ужасный завтрак и неудобства с расположением. Отель оставил крайне негативное впечатление. Я категорически не рекомендую здесь останавливаться и считаю, что такое отношение к гостям недопустимо.
