Pros:

Na recepção, a atendente Olga principalmente, é ótima!!

Cons:

Os quartos precisam de manutenção: as pilhas do cofre estavam gastas, portanto, não pudemos usa-lo. Algumas luminarias estavam quebradas.

It was ok but I've stayed at better.

The location is good. The breakfast ok, nothing special.

Cons:

For some reason the tv in the bedroom wouldn't stay off and the screensaver gave off a lot of light so kept waking up to turn it off until the next time it came on and on and on. There is a kitchen with no plates, cutlery, etc. and only one chair to sit on at the counter. The bathroom door is in part of the bedroom and since it's a barn door does not provide privacy and if you are in the bedroom you can hear everything going on in the bathroom. This place would be perfect for people travelling alone.

Estadia excelente
Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso e agradável, com sala, varanda e uma copa com microondas e frigobar. O café da manhã é básico, bem no estilo americano. O hotel é muito bem localizado e dá para ir a pé para Brickell.

Pros:

Great breakfast. Great cappuccino.

Cons:

Front desk staff are not very welcoming. Excessive fee for parking on site. Staff do not inform guests of alternative cheaper, more convenient parking options. Parking valet staff unfriendly and pushy. Room needs an update. Only one stool provided for the room island, 2nd guest had to sit on the ottoman. Way overpriced. Room landline broken, couldn't call front desk for more towels and this is also a safety issue since the phone is inoperable.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e com infraestrutura muito boa. A suíte conta com cozinha e sala, o que a torna um pequeno apartamento. A equipe do hotel é muito boa e simpática. O hotel está localizado perto de diversos meios de transporte, restaurantes, farmácia e supermercado.

Cons:

Essa foi a segunda vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Embora eu tenha reservado o mesmo tipo de quarto, percebi diferenças entre eles. Eu tive um excelente quarto na minha primeira estadia, que superou minhas expectativas. No entanto, na segunda estadia, o quarto dispunha de uma infraestrutura um pouco diferente, o que causou um certo desapontamento. Além disso, o espaço de café da manhã ficou pequeno para o grande número de hóspedes do fim de semana. Foi um pouco estressante conseguir mesa e se servir no meio de tanta gente em um espaço restrito.

Beware ot the staff changing the terms of your booking.
Pros:

Location is very good.
Rooms are comfortable.
Valet was outstanding.

Cons:

Two days before arriving I received a message asking to prepay my stay or the reservation would be cancelled because the hotel was fully booked.
When I booked the payment was due on arrival.
That is, your reservation in only good when the hotel is not fully booked. Otherwise they feel they have the right to change the terms ans coerce you at the last minute, cause you won't find an alternative.

Muito bom! Recomendo.
Pros:

O quarto superou minhas expectativas, pois possuía um lavabo extra com closet, que não estava na descrição do quarto. Como éramos 3 pessoas, esse banheiro extra foi de grande ajuda. Vi posteriormente que esse lavabo não está disponível em todos os quartos, assim, nos sentimos sortudos. A localização do hotel é ótima, perto de farmácia, supermercado, restaurantes e cafés. A estação de metrô e do metromover está pertinho, a um minuto a pé. Há também ônibus e trollers nas proximidades.

Cons:

No fim de semana, a área de café da manhã ficou muito cheia, com hóspedes disputando mesas e filas para comida.
