Atendimento ruim prejudicou nossa estadia

Cama confortável, piscina muito boa e localização

Cons:

Atendimento péssimo. Deram um quarto sem janelas, nós fizeram esperar muito e deram um quarto errado, havíamos reservado quarto com varanda e nem janela tivemos. Não deram acesso ao cafe da manhã, quando eu perguntei informaram errado. A estrutura e localização são ótimas, o café da manhã também parece bom, mas por erros, falta de atenção e de respeito por parte da equipe fomos muito prejudicados.

Soggiorno davvero perfetto all’Atwell Suites Miami Brickell by IHG! L’hotel è nuovo, curato e in una posizione comodissima. Lo staff è stato eccezionale: un grazie speciale a Marco, che con la sua disponibilità e il fatto che parlasse italiano ci ha aiutato tantissimo. Camera bellissima, pulizia impeccabile e servizio top. Ci tornerei subito!

Would recommend the hotel and suites and would book again
Pros:

Clean and most of staff very helpful. Some training needed with one staff member. Location great and helpful to be able to use pool and lounge as we had a late flight and had checked out
