La Stanza bellissima, molto grande, con un panorama spettacolare. Pulizia effettuata ogni giorno. Posizione dell'hotel fantastica, nel pieno centro di Brickell. Ha davvero soddisfatto ogni aspettativa
La colazione. Ci sono molte opzioni salate ma poco dolci.
Un ambiente acogedor, moderno y muy agradable, con un estudio cómodo en el corazón de Miami. Sus instalaciones son muy cómodas y la ubicación es excelente.
Un detalle que realmente marca la diferencia es que en el último piso cuentan con máquinas de café totalmente gratis para los visitantes. Un valor extra que se agradece muchísimo y que hace la estancia aún más agradable.
Además, el servicio al cliente es excelente: el personal es muy diligente, amable y siempre está atento a cualquier necesidad o requerimiento, haciendo que la experiencia sea mucho más cómoda y agradable.
Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente para disfrutar de una excelente estadía en Miami. 🌴🏙️✨

Acomodaram a gente em apartamento sem sacada, mas eu havia reservado com. Depois mudaram para outro com sacada, mas me colocaram em acomodações do outro hotel (andares mais baixos), pois no mesmo prédio tem 2 hotéis. O quarto era muito bom e acabamos não reclamando novamente, mas como não avisaram dessa mudança, passa uma impressão que estão escondendo. Como deram um early checkin cortesia, compensou a situação, mas acho que falar da mudança é uma tratativa mais transparente com o cliente. Ficamos frustados com o fechamento da piscina. Estamos com alta expectativa para tirar foto da área, mas bloquearam o acesso. Eles disponibilizaram outra piscina, mas no térreo.
The booking was poor, I took a very long time to get booked in when I arrive
They could not even see my bookings because they say I booked with booking .com
I paid for the two separate bookings when I arrive
When I returned for my second booking they say I did not pay.
And then they say they refund the second booking to my account
Crazy I had to find another hotel for my last 10 days of my stay in miami
I should be compensated
And one day after 15 August I got 187 usd in the account I used to pay for both bookings
Very dissatisfied. Had to use another credit card hussling around to find another hotel afterwards g from 11 am until 4 pm to check if all is well with the booking I paid for
I expect to be compensated . Will never stay tgere again⁸
