Very disappointing - avoid
Pros:

Location is good for restaurants and metro mover

Cons:

Sofa bed not made up for our son, never received a towel for him despite asking multiple times. Kitchen empty, not even cups provided, bathroom dirty. Noise from road is awful and walls very thin so can also hear other guests.

Não gostei do café da manha, o lugar é pequeno e fica bem bagunçado e as opções eram bem limitadas de comida.

Quarto foi entregue errado. Menor para 3 pessoas e o maior para 2. Café da manhã muito ruim e quase não tinha mesas. Limpeza deixou a desejar e no penúltimo dia nem limparam nosso quarto.

Booking is a joke.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Booking did not make the reservations arrangements with the Property and we couldn't stay but rather had to pay more elsewhere. I am suing Booking for irresponsible!

Nos han estafado.

Nos han robado en un día todo el dinero disponible en nuestra tarjeta, durante 3 días seguidos nos han cobrado cifras que no correspondían! aún después de realizar el check-out.

En este momento nos encontramos de regreso en nuestro hogar completamente sin dinero. Sólo estuvimos una noche y nos han cobrado por 4 más los depósitos (* alrededor de 1400usd). Nos prometieron un reembolso de 3 a 5 días pero tuve que bloquear la tarjeta porque siguen descontandome dinero aún después del check-out.

En el día de hoy no responden al teléfono ni mails, ya abrí un reclamo a través de booking.


NUNCA MAS ESTE HOTEL Y NINGUNO DE LA MISMA CADENA! LA PASAMOS HORRIBLE.
