Room was comfy. Bathroom and shower were modern and very clean. Location was perfect- walking to Broadway. Dinner was excellent.

Such a warm and inviting vibe. Very unique from other hotels.

We had an incredible time at 1 Hotel Nashville! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of by everyone! Naman checked us in and answered alllll of our questions about the property and where to visit in town. Housekeeping was wonderful! They did an amazing job every day and were on top of everything.
We had Neighbors for breakfast and it was one of the highlights of our trip!
Special thank you to Rebecca Pichora and Kennedy who lead the Front Office, they went above & beyond to take care of us and everyone else we saw them encounter: they truly embody Nashville hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

What an amazing experience! The 1 Hotel is like a sanctuary in Nashville. Great location and amazing service. I’d like to recognize Rebecca’s team for their genuine care and attention as they made our stay truly memorable. Kennedy has been wonderful, assisting us gracefully with our impossible requests (also, she’s hilarious!). Jarius and Herb have been great too, they made our house car journeys so much fun. Lastly, I’d like to highlight that we stumbled upon Harriet’s, the rooftop, and had the best time!

Our family's stay at the 1 Hotel Nashville was truly exceptional. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations and even managed to surprise us in the best ways.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, natural ambiance and thoughtful design throughout the property. Walking into our room and finding a filtered water station was such a welcome touch especially while traveling with a little one. Speaking of which, my daughter was absolutely thrilled to have her own little bed waiting for her. It's those thoughtful details that make all the difference.

What stood out most, however, was the people. The hotel beautifully combines stunning aesthetics with genuine hospitality, and the front desk team was unlike any we've experienced before. Mustapha made us feel like family from the very beginning. He was incredibly attentive and shared wonderful recommendations that enhanced our stay. Jarius brought such warmth and positivity to every interaction and never missed an opportunity to make my daughter smile and laugh.

We also had the pleasure of interacting with Kennedy, Braxton and Abram throughout our visit, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. By the end of our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home.

This was my first time staying at a 1 Hotel. I would have to save my experience was a 10/10. Room was great, clean, and the service was on point. I dined and had drinks at Harriots, there rooftop restaurants, amazing views and service as well. Highlight of the trip was the front desk team, very helpful and professional, and the manger Rebecca P, was amazing and has a great team.

I had a great experience during my stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made a big difference. A special thank you to Sofia at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assisted me whenever I had questions. I truly appreciated her hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel, clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Sofia gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely attentive the entire time. LJ, the general manager, was also very friendly and made sure we were well accommodated at the restaurant. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here during our wedding weekend, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely exceptional.
Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and effortless thanks to Rebecca, Kennedy, Mustafa, Zak, Mikey, and Willson. Everyone was so professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to make our stay special during such an important time in our lives.

The morning after our wedding, we had breakfast at One Kitchen. Molly, Shannon, LJ, Shubham and Kevin made the experience beyond unforgettable. It was the perfect atmosphere to
take in our first morning as a married couple. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail made the entire experience feel incredibly thoughtful and personal.

What makes this property stand out is the consistency of the hospitality. Every interaction throughout the weekend felt warm and intentional. The energy of the hotel is vibrant and upscale while still feeling comfortable and inviting. It created the perfect setting for such a memorable weekend.

If you’re planning a wedding weekend in Nashville or simply looking for an amazing place to stay, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They played such a huge part in making our wedding weekend unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the care and hospitality we received. We will absolutely be back!

This hotel is a solid choice if you're looking for something with a little more class downtown. Considering 1 Hotel markets itself as a "luxury" hotel though (and you pay for it), they're still lacking where others (like the Four Seasons, the Proper, or Populus) excel. Door service and greetings by any front of house staff was nearly non-existent during our two day stay; we noted we were traveling with a pet and there was nothing to indicate the hotel was dog friendly, like dog bowls in the lobby or room (they claim they are very); some of our in-room breakfast was burnt; and perhaps most egregious -- we were sent pears as part of a fruit basket when I specifically noted on my membership preferences that there was a pear allergy. It's small details like these that 1 Hotel in Nashville needs to take note of in order to be truly considered "luxury." I will also say that membership seems to matter very little; none of the advertised perks were offered to us during our stay. We probably could have booked via Hotels.com and had the same experience. Rachel, a front desk associate, was the bright spot in customer service, helping us check in early even when we were told by someone else we could not.

Tips: There is a huge parking garage right across the street. Overnight parking is $45 vs. $67+ tax for valet/ night. The location of the hotel does mean there will be noise from inside the rooms. It wasn't enough to bother us but we live downtown in another big city, so are used to that. There is not much green space for pets, so if your dog requires that, this may not be the place for you. Bartenders and baristas downstairs on the entry level are wonderful, so do visit them for a taste of excellent service.

A wonderful new and cool hotel. The open concepts room are super cool but can be somewhat weird for non-couples. Regardless, I loved it.

Our front desk experience was incredible thanks to the amazing Sofia! She was so helpful and kind. Gave us great tips and even sent some treats to the room as a welcome gift. She truly elevated the experience and made us feel at home.

Would return again and looking forward to visiting other hotels in this brand.

I wanted to take a moment to express how much we enjoyed our stay at 1 Hotel Nashville. From the beautiful property to the welcoming atmosphere, everything about our experience was exceptional.

Most importantly, we wanted to recognize Sofia at the front desk. She truly made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, Sofia went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make sure we had a wonderful experience did not go unnoticed.

It is rare these days to encounter someone who so naturally combines excellent customer service with warmth and authenticity. Sofia consistently exceeded expectations and turned what would have already been a great stay into a memorable one. She made us feel valued, welcomed, and cared for throughout our time there.

Beyond the service, the actual hotel is also really cool. Lots of unique stuff the decor is incredible. The food is spectacular and they even have an electric car (Audi) that they use to take you to places that are not too far from the hotel. All around five star experience we’ll definitely be back when we come to Nashville.

My wife and I went to spend some time exploring beautiful city of Nashville. Excellent hotel, well maintained, great rooftop bar. Must specially mention great service and care shown by Sofia at front desk and by Shreyas in restaurant.

1st time staying at a 1 hotel and loved it! Would stay again at this location and curious to explore other 1 hotels now too. Sofia made our pre check in, check in and 1st day so lovely! She went above and beyond for us, and it was clear she really cared about welcoming us and making sure we had a great stay. The beds are comfy, the room is very relaxing and well thought out with finishes and designs. Everything feels fresh and clean around the hotel and is a nice wellness ambiance.
I noticed some people in reviews don’t love the bathroom design, but we did not find an issue with it. There is a curtain that can be drawn around the vanity area to give extra privacy and separation to the bathroom if you desire.
