The location and the ambience of the property was good with the bed a particular highlight (King balcony room)
Unhelpful staff when checkin in early - another staff member checked me in before 4pm but the first staff member Justin was adamant I couldn't...
My room was poorly cleaned , literally made the bed and new towels...so i got $100 reimbursed for the bar...
NO POOL - I had to pay $60 to use less expensive hotels pools....this is not what I excpect
There were hundreds of non-hotel guests in the elevators at the weekend, hotel guests have zero priority in the hotel bar over random people from the street. Access to elevators for randomers felt unsafe, floor 4 for example had no secure access once on that floor via the elevator so anyone can get to your floor!
even on check-out NO bottled water ... I get this at 3 star hotels!
This is very much style over substance and I would recommend the JW Mariott over this....amazing pool just across the road. Would not stay here ever again.
The aesthetic of the hotel was great and the location was also amazing proximity to Broadway and downtown.
The toilet paper was super thin, the bathroom and shower offered no privacy, which wasn't a big deal, but it was definitely limiting in functionality. Also my allergies was going crazy inside the room, not sure if it was due to the plants inside the hotel, but it of course is also allergy season. On the first night while checking in the valet was missing for over 30 minutes so we had a long wait to give our keys to anyone. Eventually we left them with the front desk and went upstairs. Also the closet space was very small and there was no drawers or additional space to store our clothing and luggage.
Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. So gorgeous, staff were lovely and great amenities on site. In absolute awe of this hotel, good to know for future reference that there are others worldwide!
Couldn't have asked for a better stay, they offer coffee pods in the room, maybe just add some tea options too!
Great hotel 5 min from Broadway
For three mornings in a row we have work in the room just above with drilling in the concrete. We pointed out but they continued each morning. It would be reasonable they wait to 09:00 in a city like Nashville where most people are out late.
Funky interior design elements and relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to downtown and super comfortable rooms. In short, a great stay if you want to be close to the action in Nashville.
