Beautiful place with great location but lacks hospitality and all inclusive for the price.

It is a beautiful hotel and in great location

Cons:

The fact that breakfast is not included and the front desk nor the bar could cash out items from the mini store of Landry soaps/sheets and could not provide change to use the washer or dryer. Also staff is not to friendly when it comes to customer care the bar tender asked who told me to go to him for change and when I said the front desk he walked right up there and yelled at them with me and my daughter right there leaving a bad taste.

Great Staff !
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel and it was amazing. Clean & spacious rooms that we enjoyed but by far the best part was Jahmysha ! She was so kind, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, personable and great customer service! She told us good information on places to go and made us feel very welcomed. She should get a raise! Also Ricky has wonderful as well with the Element Miami Brickell. Wanted to highlight them & let you all know that we will be back & will tell all that we know to come stay here!

I booked two rooms and paid in full for the accommodation in advance, before my arrival. However, upon check-out, the hotel made a new charge on the card of the guest in the second room, my brother, and to date the amount has not yet been refunded.
