Limpeza. O banheiro estava cheio de pelos, a pia também estava um pouco suja. A cortina estava com um respingo vermelho que me parecia sangue… O resto ok

Buenas habitaciones para descansar. Hotel bien ubicado y fácil para moverse por Miami. Café starbucks espectacular! Buena variedad en el desayuno.

Cons:

Algunos empleados que atendian el desayuno NO tiene la mentalidad de servicio propia de la cadena MARRIOT. Un dia llegué 15 mins antes de la hora de cierre del desayuno y me respondieron que podia pasar pero q lo hiciera "rapidito" en un tono de molestia. Este tipo de cosas, JAMÁS me habia pasado nunca en un MArriot alrededor del mundo.

No cambiaban la ropa de cama TODOS los dias como deberia ser. Y no dejan la habitación totalmente limpia.(Dejamos una botella de gaseosa y un paquete de papas, ambos vacios sobre la mes ade noche y no la recogieron y botaron en el aseo).

One of my favorite hotels in Brickell located right in the heart of Miami, the rooms are new and spacious , something that always stands out with the AC brand. I loved the pool , swimming at night with a view of Brickell is just amazing. They have a 24/7 snack area and a lounge zone with sofas where you can eat and have a drink while looking out at the skyline. Hillary and Melissa provided exceptional service 10/10 , they were attentive throughout my entire stay and handled every request , this kind of service is what turns a visit into a 5 star experience, thank you Guys will be back Soon 🔜
