Room was very comfortable spacious & clean

Cons:

I didn't like / understand the hidden charges on the bill ie destination tax
I would have asked about this at checkout but there was only one person dealing with the checkout & there were a lot of guests checking out
Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea

Pros:

La ubicación buena para llegar temprano al puerto

Cons:

Son dos alojamientos y con nombres muy parecidos por lo que los taxis se confunden en la dirección además son dos hoteles en el mismo edificio y es confuso, y no te dicen que el pago del desayuno es aparte

The rooms were a good size, but the air conditioner was VERY noisy—it was impossible to sleep with it on. I spoke to the person in charge, and they claimed it was normal, but it wasn't! We had to sleep with it turned off. The shower had extremely low water pressure.
Several unauthorized charges were made to my debit card, which directly impacted my travel budget since the refunds hadn't been processed by the time I checked out.
I complained, but nothing was done.
Breakfast was supposed to be included, yet I was charged for it at the end! And as of this review, nothing has been resolved.
Parking cost $55 a night! It’s outrageous! I do not recommend this place and will never return.
To date, none of the incorrect charges have been refunded.
I stayed in room 1607.

La proximité avec le centre commercial mais aussi les petites supérettes , station, boîte fr nuit, etc …

Cons:

Les frais de caution qui ne sont pas mentionnés sur booking et à l’arrivée on te le facture ! Je trouve cela vraiment dommage sachant que nous payons déjà les frais de services etc sur booking !

Beautiful place with great location but lacks hospitality and all inclusive for the price.

It is a beautiful hotel and in great location

Cons:

The fact that breakfast is not included and the front desk nor the bar could cash out items from the mini store of Landry soaps/sheets and could not provide change to use the washer or dryer. Also staff is not to friendly when it comes to customer care the bar tender asked who told me to go to him for change and when I said the front desk he walked right up there and yelled at them with me and my daughter right there leaving a bad taste.
