Nice weekend overall, just a little pricey for what it ended up being.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. There was a good selection of cold and hot items.

Cons:

The room wasn't anything special, but the shower was nice and big. The room had a partial view of the river, but there was no couch or anything by the window to sit and observe.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and charming. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Columbus. I felt like the area was safe and quiet. The room had many modern amenities, and it felt like being in someone's home rather than a hotel. It was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the restaurant and bar had been open a little later. We went to the hockey game in town and wanted to grab a drink at the bar afterwards; however, it had already closed when we returned to the hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location and has much to offer. Staff is great.
Pros:

Facility great. Staff great. Service not so good. There were no housekeeping services provided. The climate control was utterly terrible. These are two major deficiencies one would not expect from a hotel of this caliber and price paid for the room. Definitely would not stay there again unless I had assurance these issues were addresses.

Anniversary stay
Pros:

My husband and i stayed here for our anniversary and loved everything about it. From interaction at the front desk to aesthetics of the room was great!!. The view we had of water was great and the bed was so comfortable 😊. We will most definitely return. 10/10. Thank you!!

The rooms were beautiful and the view was amazing as well! Would highly recommend!

The rooms were beautiful and the view was amazing as well. We had guests enjoy the walking paths and restaurant onsite. We are looking at maybe using the hotel for future firm retreats as we grow.

Cons:

The only thing that I want to draw attention to is the door not locking on the first attempt in room 212. I had to stand outside of the door 3 to 5 minutes to make sure it locked before walking away.

Pros:

Second time here, will not stay anywhere else in Columbus it's old yet modern. Has the absolute best staff of anywhere. The rooms are perfect breakfast is fantastic the bar and grill is amazing. I adore this place. Please don't change!

The stay fell far below expectations, with cleanliness issues, inconvenient layout, limited services
Pros:

The showers were nice.

Cons:

While the stay had some positives, there were several areas that could be improved. The room showed signs of needing more thorough cleaning, such as dusty fans, and the AC/heater was difficult to adjust due to non-functioning controls. Our room was quite far from amenities like the elevator, parking, breakfast area, and dog walk, which made things less convenient, especially since elevator access required a key and our hands were often full.

Breakfast was disappointing. Given that it was the day after Christmas, staffing may have been limited, but the selection and upkeep seemed overlooked, including mislabeled items in the pastry area, cold grits, and cold meat.

We were also given directions to nearby dining options that turned out to be inaccurate, which resulted in a long and frustrating search for an open restaurant, especially since the hotel’s restaurant was closed for the holiday.

Overall, charging full price during a period when services and staffing were limited did not feel like good value.

I would love to stay here again!
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast, my favorite part was the waterfront view, and the short scenic walk from Downtown Columbus where all the food and bars are.

Cons:

The bathroom door did not stay closed. The mirror is directly in front of the door so one person could not be in the bathroom privately and the other person using the mirror because the door kept rolling open.
