I love the fact that it was cleaned. The housekeeper changed the sheets daily. It was close to El zocalo and there is a lot of transportation on la costera

You don't get any shampoo, just one roll of toilet paper upon my arrival and a tiny bar of soap. I stayed there 6 nights and I was given just one roll of paper and a tiny soap. I had to buy my shampoo, toilet paper and soap. Also I was cold at night because of the air conditioning and I requested and I was told they didn't provide extra sheets so I had to buy a blanket. They don't have laundry service. On my last three nights I noticed that a lizard 🦎 was living under my bed...it came out unexpectedly and once it was behind my pillow..it was scary

Agradable, esta ubicado en un excelente lugar, la habitación es bastante tranquila
Pros:

La habitación esta bastante cordial por el precio y en general da un buen aspecto. Las camas están en buen estado y a mi me toco una habitación con un pequeño balcón lo cual es de gran ayuda para poder secar la ropa.

Cons:

El baño es lo unico que mejoraría. La regadera esta al mismo nivel que el baño, es decir no hay ningun desnivel o tope para que el agua no se pase para todo el baño en general además no hay ningun tapete o jerga que ayude a no llevar agua a otros lados del baño o habitación. Tampoco dejan shampoo por si alguna emergencia.

Buenas ubicación cerca de la playa, instalaciones limpias, lo malo fue el registro no tenía idea de que había una reservación, los contactos para cargar cel u otras cosas son insuficientes solo dos disponibles y uno de ellos no servía, de ahí en fuera muy tranquilo.

Pros:

Lo malo es que o cuenta con estacionamiento privado para más comodidad,frente al hotel solo están dos espacios para estacionarse por lo hay que buscar lugar sobre la calle la cual está algo saturada de vehículos pero es segura pues no tuvimos queja de algún daño o robo de accesorios con nuestro auto.
Esta bien ubicado para llegar a la playa, al Zócalo de Acapulco y encontrar varios lugares para comer o tiendas de conveniencia, el transporte está cerca y es constante,fue buena experiencia hospedarnos en este hotel las 06 noches qué reservamos
