Overall, I'd say that value for money is 8 out of 10: the cleanliness and spaciousness were top.
Pros:

Convenient check-in\out without any interaction except for sending ID via WA, it was a little bit odd. No key card required but you have to memorize your entry code at all times. Very very clean, they clean every day, the cleaning lady was also nice. Modern nice apartment, comfy, includes everything you might need. The rooftop was super, you can indeed see Acropolis far away. The location is quite good, landmarks are 5 min taxi/bus ride, the park nearby is a bonus. Coffee places are 10 mins walking, nothing very close but Wolt delivers. The Wi-Fi was fast in the room as promised, very good for conference calls.

Cons:

Noise from the avenue is very loud, even with closed balcony door and ear plugs I could still hear it and it was quite stressful to fall asleep. You cannot chill on the balcony too because of the noise and smell of gas which was a disappointment.

Modernes hochwertiges Appartment in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, modernes Haus, wirklich hoher Standard, gute Betten, regelmässiger und sehr aufmerksamer Service, einfacher Zugang mit PIN, Waschmaschine im Haus kann mitgenutzt werden, schöne Terrasse auf dem Dach (mit Blick zur Akropolis), Blick auf den Park.

Cons:

Während ein Schlafzimmer wirklich gut gedämmt war, hörte man beim anderen ziemlich deutlich die Geräusche von der (auch nachts) stark befahrenen Straße. Spülmaschine ist recht klein, da passen nur kleine und mittelgroße Teller rein. Vielleicht auch ein Grund, warum es kaum große Teller im Schrank gab. Der Rest der Küchenausstattung ist aber sehr gut und reicht für 4 Personen.
