Pros:

is a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Nashville... only about a two block walk to Broadway.

Cons:

it is quite expensive, but you know that going into it. Also their valet parking was full, so I had to pay an additional $45 to park across the street for the night

Cons:

Overall, everything was great. The only issue was with the valet parking the day of check out. It’s not a problem to wait for your car but it’s a problem with the valet getting my car & parks it on the hill at the hotel. No one should be expected to load a car parked on a hill. When asked to move my car, the valet got mad & backed my car to the driveway beside the valet stand. So I had to get my car & drive it around to load it. I was grateful for a different valet driver helping load my car but this was totally unacceptable.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

The pool on a friday night was closed by five o'clock , and I had kids that were expecting to swim. Extremely disappointing. The breakfast was not good. The valet parking was an absolute mess.We had to wait over an hour to get our car. The cost of the room was ridiculous for what we got.
