Overall great place to stay!
Pros:

Very centrally located. Walkable surroundings makes this a great place!

Cons:

The elevators need updating. They were very slow at different times.

Will not stay again - front desk check-in guy was rude and for that amount of money there should be parking available at

Cons:

There are no designated parking places so they said they couldn’t help us and we would have to drive around until something was available- that took an entire hr - the doors slam when let go so all night you could here neighbors coming and going

Los precios son un poco engañosos,ya que uno paga a través de booking.com y no especifica que al llegar al hotel debes otorgar una tarjeta para un depósito de 200 dolare,el estacionamiento es 65 dolares por día y no están incluidos en la reserva y el Wi-Fi debes pagarlo aparte,20 dolares por día
Me decepcionó un poco todo esto,ya que el hotel no es muy barato,yo pagué con los impuestos mas de 800 dolares por noche,sin contar lo demás al llegar

Downtown Gem
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating!! The bed was very comfortable. I rested well every night. This location is perfect for enjoying the downtown area and is only a block away from Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. .

Cons:

The elevators are very slow. There was a long line through the lobby for the elevators our first night there. We had to walk up the stairs several flights to catch an elevator to the 17th floor.

Great hotel and staff- front desk could smile more!
Pros:

The breakfast is one of the things that keeps us booking at the Embassys around the US. The happy hours are also a plus. The staff in the food facility were so pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff were good at their jobs, but were cold and ‘just wanted to get the job done’. They could be a more friendly and smile.

Pros:

is a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Nashville... only about a two block walk to Broadway.

Cons:

it is quite expensive, but you know that going into it. Also their valet parking was full, so I had to pay an additional $45 to park across the street for the night

Pros:

Close to downtown.

Cons:

Overall, everything was great. The only issue was with the valet parking the day of check out. It’s not a problem to wait for your car but it’s a problem with the valet getting my car & parks it on the hill at the hotel. No one should be expected to load a car parked on a hill. When asked to move my car, the valet got mad & backed my car to the driveway beside the valet stand. So I had to get my car & drive it around to load it. I was grateful for a different valet driver helping load my car but this was totally unacceptable.
