Pros:

Central location, all major tourist attraction are in a comfortable walkable distance, friendly receptionists and wallet parking, great view on Nashville from the upper terrace; the ladies at the egg/waffle station at the breakfast buffet i adore, they have great patience and are doing a great job

Cons:

the breakfast buffet/service is without any attention to details, it is a mass processing of people, no leadership of staff, everyone running only after cleaning and refilling, no personal touch; the restaurant has no charme and the products used are of (in my opinion) low/minor quality (especially the jam, which is a fruit jelly and has nothing to do with a jam)

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. A lot to choose from. Something for everyone in the family.

Cons:

The elevators were very slow and it seemed a couple were out of order.

The location, staff, beautiful lobby, nice & clean rooms.

Cons:

That I didn't receive my adjoining rooms as I asked. I feel like once you book and pay in full those rooms should already be assigned to you. Other than that everything was great!
