Overall very good experience with minor downsides
Pros:

Perfect location, very clean and well functioning room and facilities, spacious suite

Cons:

Some members of the staff did not show appreciation for their customers. Breakfast could not live up to the standard of the hotel (room appearance, quality of food)

In town for concert good time everything within walking distance Nashville is a great music town!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices, clean and a very attentive staff supporting same.

Nothing that we didn't like

Nice hotel but was difficult to relax and enjoy as a family.
Pros:

It was within walking distance of everything we were doing during our stay.

Cons:

We did NOT like the fact that they did not tell us that the pool and rooftop area was closed when we checked in! We found out after we had changed to go swimming and got to the door and was told a private party had the floor to themselves that we were NOT allowed to use it. When we asked the front desk they said they didn’t not have to let guests know due to it being an area that they can book out.(if planning to stay and you want to enjoy this area, better ask if they are having any large parties)
We had also been told we would have valet parking and that could not be accommodated either so we had to find our own parking.
It was also long waits(over 15 minutes) to get on elevators to go up or down between floor.
