Pros:

The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and the two restaurants in the hotel provided convenient options for food. The breakfast was amazing. Many options and the omelet station was the icing on the cake.

Cons:

The elevator wait time was easily 10min or longer. At one point only 2 elevators were working.

Place was nice but the employee not so much
Pros:

Didn't have the breakfast.... Wasn't up in time

Cons:

The check in person was rude ...
Took over two hours to get a extra towels !!
We left the room , nobody came to clean or make beds.

Location and staff were great but will consider other hotel chains the next time we travel.

Cons:

The pool hours were ridiculous. It closed at 5pm thurs-sun.

The destination charge per day is a joke. $25 per day use it or lose. $26 for two salads and the cooler where they keep the food isnt gaurenteed to be stocked.

Excellent Good Friday trip
Pros:

Breakfast was great, (Michelle did great, cooking, social, keeping the line moving). The facility was excellent. Choose the hotel because of location, and actually the price was very competitive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Planning this same trip next year and already booked this hotel again, you spoiled me.

Cons:

Parking is an issue, choose valet due to weather and location and terms of self park. You listed an indoor pool, have a real nice picture posted, well it's only 3 feet deep not very big, when we used it had 6 kids playing marco-polo. The elevators were really slow all weekend.

Good Friday trip
Pros:

Breakfast, ( Michelle was great), afternoon snacks, and after hours restaurant upstairs. Price very competitive . Location was a large reason I choose here. Upgraded to king corner room and got spoiled quickly. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Overall good facility

Cons:

Parking is an issue, we choose valet, cause of weather and location and terms of self park. Had a nice picture of you indoor pool, it's small and only 3ft. deep. The elevators were slow all weekend.

The Front Desk clerk was dismissive when I came back down because my room key didn’t work! No one was at her console and she told me to get back in line because she had a customer! Review the Footage if it is needed to verify what I’m saying!

Room was very nice. View was awesome. Location was great.

Cons:

The pool was closed. I previously have a reservation at a different hotel and I canceled it and got a room at this location for the sole purpose of having a pool. We understand that it was closed for for safety precautions because of the lightning that it only lightning for a very short time there was no lightning on the radar anywhere.

Our family was stuck waiting for the elevator for 30 min. My husband had to carry our bags 12 floors down because we couldn’t get on an elevator. The valet service took also 45 min and they were full in the lot so our car had to be parked at a lot 10 minutes away but we still had to pay $67. The staff at the front desk were very rude. Our stay couldn’t have been more awful. We will not be returning.

Pros:

Location in downtown, housekeepers was nice

Cons:

Bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as we checked in had to contact housekeeper. Roof top bartender made awful drinks unless you want straight liquor then you are fine. Parking you let valet park your car in an UNSECURED location and they are NOT responsible if something happens to car. They charge you $25 but claim a drink or snack is on them but not really because you are in fact paying for it.
