They tell you you have a $25 food/beverage credit but it only covers prepared foods. I could t even get a bottle of water. Felt like bait/switch

Poorly managed
Pros:

Close to Broadway. And housekeeping did an excellent job.

Cons:

I have never left a bad review. This hotel seems like it needs some management that is willing to train its employees. The people in reception were very rude and un accommodating. The valet asked 4 times for my key when i was unloading my car. Then thought it was funny when the text for your car function didn't work . The breakfast had the capability to serve twice and many people but was only serving powdered eggs in 1 line approximately 20 minutes long. I've had better hotel experiences from a motel 6. For the price of this hotel its horrible!!!

We really enjoyed Nashville, crazy and fun.
Pros:

The property was really nice and a great location to Broadway in Nashville. The breakfast was great and happy hour was nice. The employees in Valet were great, they were the only ones that could answer a question and was great at assisting us and we didn’t have a car.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk never answered one question I asked them. They do not have a concierge so you would think the front desk could assist you. They couldn’t even answer questions about the Resort. I also had no knowledge that they charge you $25 a day for food at their pool bar restaurant and soda, no bottled water nor alcohol. If you don’t use it each day you lose it but they charge you. No one wants to eat there everyday so we got charged an extra $25 each day. It would have been different if they allowed us to use it on alcohol and water, but they don’t.

Breakfast Big selection. But the Hot food was not very hot. coffee was very good.

Cons:

The lights in the room were difficult to figure out at night. Not all of them worked. The elevators were very slow. We did not care for the bathroom shower soap,shampoo etc. Didn’t care for the smell.

Pros:

The hotel was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. We had a really great view of the city, especially for the fireworks! We really enjoyed the location, we were able to walk to everything we needed. We are hoping to be back in November.

Cons:

We were there for the 4th of July so they had the top level blocked off for a ticketed event. We were not able to use the pool because of this. We had kids with us so that was a little disappointing. The website stated that the only parking available was valet. When we got to the property they told us parking was full so we had to self park off property. Luckily there was parking close by.

Pésimo hotel

Tiene buena ubicación .

Cons:

Pésimo. Pagamos una tarifa alta . Llegamos la
Sábanas de la Cama matrimonial manchadas con sangre . Además no estaba preparada la cama para los niños. El desayuno Un caos . Fila para servirse todo desorganizado. El café de termos horrible . No lo recomiendo. No volvería . El personal muy mal educado y poco servicial.

Amazing place to stay!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast and cocktail hour! The room was super clean, spacious, and the beds were comfy. Close to Broadway was a plus!

Cons:

It was super busy and the only downfall was the wait for the elevators.
