Pros:

Чудовий готель, обов'язково раджу. Знаходиться недалеко від вокзалу. Приємний, привітний персонал. Гарні ,комфортні апартаменти. Перевершив сподівання👍🏻☺️

De locatie en hoe groot het appartement was en dat er alles was dat je nodig had

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The lockers had no signage with directions — it took us awhile to figure them out. We weren’t the only one having problems. There was no staff, so I sent a WhatsApp and the bot gave us wrong instructions for a different type of locker. We finally got connected to a human hours later, but had already figured it out.

App unzureichend, z.B. mit mehrfachen Abstürzen, fehlende Funktionen (Reduktion Reisende nicht möglich, Pflichteingabe für nicht mitreisende Person im Checkin-Prozess erzwungen), fehlerhafte Funktionen in der App, z.B. Auswahl Frühstück nicht möglich. Einfordern zu vieler Daten in der App, Zwangsfeedback; vor Ort kein Service und Online-Service reagiert erst nach Tage
