Simple, clean and comfortable hotel option (no staff)

Super comfy with my whole family (3) all the instructions worked perfectly. The facilities in the appartement was good enough for a longer stay.

Beliggenheden var super

Cons:

Vi havde booket en lejlighed, men 3 timer i den vi skulle ankomme, havde vi stadig ikke fået dørkoder.
Jeg skrev til robotten, som så efter noget tid fandt ud af at jeg nok skulle have personlig betjening.
Det viser sig så der er sendt en mail, hvor de skriver at vores lejlighed vi havde brokket og fået bekræftet bookingen på, ikke var tilgængelig!
I stedet kunne vi få 2 dobbeltværelser, med en opredning (vi er 5 personer).
Det var ikke hvad vi havde planlagt, så meget skuffet over så sen annullering. Så havde jeg viklet noget andet.
Ingen afslag i pris, eller nedslag i parkering, trods ulejligheden.
Og morgenmaden bliver leveret, så forvent ikke buffet. Den var dog ok.

Everything, dirty bed staff , not working conditions, I’m found men hair and blood on pilow , and after when I’m text about this , nothing change . We pay big money and not happy, I’m happy don’t need stay longer in this place

Bra läge, fint rum och katastrofal service.

Centralt, fint rum, bra säng

Cons:

Servicen är katastrof. Obemannat, smarta kodlösningar och AI i all ära men när det är fel på saker och man måste ha hjälp av en fysisk människa så fallerar konceptet helt. Vi fick bara 2 täcken (4 personer) vi bad om fler direkt vid incheckning. Kunde inte få någon hjälp på grund av att städarna hade lämnat för dagen. Ingen som jobbar jour. Toalettpappret och kaffet tog slut dag 2, bad om påfyllning samt påminnelse om täcken och blev lovad av ai-chatten att detta skulle lösas under dagen. Vi kom tillbaka på kvällen och hade fortfarande inte fått hjälp med någonting. Det kändes rätt dåligt faktiskt. Detta drog ner upplevelsen ganska mycket av boendet som i övrigt var väldigt bra vad gäller läge, prisbild och fräschhet.

Soggiorno ottimo ad Anversa!
Pros:

L’appartamento stupendo, funzionale, con tutto il necessario. Posizionato in una zona strategica, vicino a negozi, supermercati e soprattutto la stazione centrale. Ottimo il sistema con il codice per entrare nella struttura, ascensore e stanza. Molto apprezzato il fatto di poter lasciare i bagagli nel deposito anche dopo il check out. Possibilità di ricevere la colazione direttamente davanti all’appartamento. Comoda la cucina che si trova nell’atrio della struttura, che mette a disposizione una macchina del caffè, frigo, ombrelli, un salottino.
Comodo il servizio di assistenza tramite whatsapp. Mi sono innamorata di questo appartamento

Cons:

Il giorno dell’arrivo, ho ricevuto un messaggio che la categoria di appartamento da me prenotata non era disponibile, che avrei potuto accettare un appartamento più piccolo o cancellare ricevendo un rimborso. Tramite il servizio di assistenza whatsapp, ci siamo comunque accordati per un’altra soluzione ma questo piccolo inconveniente mi ha fatto perdere tempo e mi ha creato un po’ di disagio. Fortunatamente non ho cancellato perché poi il soggiorno si e’ rivelato ottimo, anzi se dovessi tornarci, sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura.
