Personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk. Bij het uitchecken waren wij door omstandigheden 15 minuten te laat, ondanks het aanbieden van onze excuses hiervoor, omdat dit natuurlijk onze fout was, bleef de houding van de receptiemedewerkster erg onprettig en onprofessioneel, ze reageerde haar boosheid op ons af!
