Pros:

Felt unsafe because of surrounding area, also no toilet seat on the toilet. The staff was very welcoming and their service was exceptional

This hotel treated us like royalty!
Pros:

Norma, and her staff took care of us and made us feel welcome and appreciated! We stayed several days at this hotel and were very happy. We had a suite which was very clean and comfortable. The daily maid service left the room fresh and spotless. One evening we returned to our room very, very tired and asked about fast food delivery. Norma, took our order and made the call for us! The next day we left for the airport, and sadly our plane was delayed due to weather. We had the entire day ahead of us sitting at the airport. I called Norma and she offered us to leave our bags at the hotel so we could go and see the city! No charge! I will stay at this fine hotel again and again and again!
