Два раза снимали деньги ошибочно,первый раз вернули,второй раз жду уже месяц.Сконтактировать с менеджером не получается,водят за нас,перекидывают от одного на другого

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es ist serh sauber

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers finde ich bei dem Preis nicht angemessen. Die Minibar ist nicht gut bestückt, keine Snacks auf dem Zimmer, Kosmetikspiegel im Bad fehlt, keine Möglichkeit die Schuhe zu putzen, keine Turndown-Service, das Personal ist kühl. Für den hohen Preis erwartet man gewisse Standards und da haben hier einfach zu viele Kleinigkeiten gefehlt.

Pure perfection! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at

Receptionists made me be hate this experience

This is not a reflection on the Czech people but This is one of the most disgusting hotel and genuinely if you from Middle Eastern origin or mix race don’t come to this disgusting place. Receptionists are sick and ill at heart! I was checking and next to me was was another person was checking in as well. We arrived at the same time but the service he got compare to what I received is so so different and I didn’t do anything wrong it said anything that might have triggered such a behaviour. The only thing is that the other guy was European. I paid 1000€ for the room to be in a safe environment, respectful and friendly instead it was rude, racist and disrespectful behaviour. They even asked me to pay deposit when he wasn’t. They showed him the time of the breakfast, places to see, rest room because hi room was not ready, and genuinely not even thank you we got. Sicking behaviour from ill people who have stupid biases based on no thing but misguided assumptions and beliefs!!

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, überteuerter Preis für Leistung die angeboten wird

Gute Lage, schönes Design, grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein. Das Restaurant ist nicht flexibel, wir wollten etwas zu essen bestellen mussten 10 Min auf den Kellner warten und als er kam sagte er genau jetzt würde die Küche schliessen. Solch ein Hotel sollte darauf achten und seinen Gästen essen anbieten können. Ähnliches erlebten wir beim Frühstück.
