Excelente, recomendo muito
Pros:

Localização, atendimento de todos os funcionários sempre solícito, quarto com cama confortável, chuveiro com água quente e excelente quantidade de água. Café da manha com muita variedade, na maioria dos dias se repete, porém dá para variar de acordo com a quantidade de opções. Coral bar com um drink sensacional também. Minha irmã e eu amamos tudo.

Cons:

Único ponto que poderia ter sido melhor, foi a temperatura da água da piscina, talvez porque fomos em uma semana atípica referente ao clima, então estava bem fria.

Fue una estancia muy placentera, la disfruté junto a mis hijas.

Good rooms although operating above capacity. High cost although high demand by guests.

Achei caro para o que foi!

Localização excelente, próximo do centro, dos passeios.

Cons:

O café da manhã estava sempre muito cheio, com poucas opções e pouca variedade de alimentos. Não tinha uma máquina de café expresso/chocolate por exemplo. O chocolate quente já era pronto, misturado. Não tinha a opção de ter leite e o achocolatado em pó separadamente. Também não tinha iogurte em potes individuais, somente um iogurte mais líquido que colocavam em garrafa de vidro, não sei nem qual era a marca, nem informações nutricionais. O leite também estava em uma garrafa de vidro, não tinha opção de escolher leite quente ou gelado, somente gelado estava disponível. Os sucos e água estavam em máquinas, e os sucos não eram 100% naturais pois vi um garçom adicionando água ao suco de laranja. A água não estava gelada e não tinha gelo disponível. Além disso, como estava sempre lotado, demorava bastante para repor os alimentos, e quando chegava acabava muito rápido, precisava esperar uma nova leva de alimentos chegarem. Algo que me incomodou bastante foi quando não deixaram eu subir para o quarto com omelete para o meu marido, que não quis ir para o café em determinado dia. Alegaram que eu não poderia levar algo com "ovos" para os quartos por conta do cheiro. Enfim, o café eu não recomendo.

Comfortable option in San Andrés
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quite large, with great facilities, and very comfortable. Among all the options, we chose this one because it seemed the safest in terms of structure and quality, and despite the slightly higher price, we had no issues at all. The shower had hot water, the location is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

Cons:

Check-in took longer than expected. Our flight arrived in the morning, and we had to wait until after the scheduled time because the room was not ready. Considering the size of the hotel, we thought it might be possible to get an earlier check-in, but we ended up waiting for several hours and having to ask multiple times when it would be available. The lobby was quite crowded with other guests waiting as well, so I imagine this is a common issue on weekends.
