A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. E o quarto é amplo e confortável.

Sicuramente non un hotel a 4 stelle.
Pros:

Hotel in centro.
Staff per lo più cortese e disponibile anche se la maggior parte delle ragazze in reception non sono per niente contente di vederti e di aiutarti. Sembrano quasi scocciate della tua presenza.

La pulizia non è male.

Colazione buona ma nulla di sorprendente.

Cons:

L'hotel è molto vecchio, nello stile e negli arredi.
Poltrone con macchie secolari che andrebbero coperte con nuova tappezzeria.
Dicono di avere 4 stelle ma sicuramente non si ha il servizio che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello.
Volevamo provare il ristorante che dicono essere molto buono ma non lo abbiamo fatto poichè l'atmosfera era triste e lo staff non accogliente, abbiamo preferito altro anche quando eravamo molti stanchi per uscire.

Camere normali ma con tante cose rotte e datate (cosa a cui fai caso in un hotel che ha 5 stelle).

Molta puzza e caos nella sala colazione e non ti è permesso farla nella stanza accanto per un pelino di relax!

Considering the low level of hotel facilities in San Andres, Aquamare is one of the best around. Personnel is very nice

Pros:

Es un hotel bonito, grande y bien decorado

Cons:

Muy caro para lo que es. El staff con cero actitud de servicio al cliente, atienden con mala cara y tratan al huésped con displicencia, nada que ver con cómo deberían ser.
