Quick, comfortable stay, this is my second time and I will be back again!
Pros:

Heather and Chip at Front Desk were wonderfully accommodating, helpful and friendly. Housekeeper who prepared my room was very caring and attentive. Breakfast was a delightful surprise Clean, beautiful presentation, plenty of room to maneuver around, excellent array of items. I was sooo thankful to see the protein choices! Location is ideal. Overall rating of the hotel is top notch.

Cons:

My room is in need of some maintenance. There's a tile missing on the baseboard of the restroom. Could use a paint job, as well. Little signs of deferred maintenance could use attention.

I could not get on the internet and was too tired to take my phone downstairs for help. I got up early, though, and Carl was very helpful.

The property is an amazing location. Room was spacious

Cons:

Our fridge did not work and we had a couple issues with the toilet. When housekeeping did come in, they didn’t clean up much.

It is a very nice hotel and staff were terriffic. The issues I encountered were guest related and not staff related.
Cons:

My room had the odor of prior marijuana smoking. It as not very string so I dealt with it. I informed the front desk upon checking out. They were going to address it. The room next to me was quite loud until about midnight.

Sweet, helpful team members made my stay.
Pros:

It’s a little island of comfortable peace and calm in the midst of the Entertainment District. The perfect antidote after a day of play and shopping.

Will always choose this place to stay :)
Pros:

Breakfast is great and a very nice touch! Keeps us coming back every month knowing we can save money and time. Staff is always friendly. There’s many places for us to stay however, we always come back here because it’s nice & comfortable.

Cons:

Noticed a few areas of improvement on the cleanliness of the room however was not, unacceptable. The provided toiletries i.e. lotion was empty upon arrival, I brought my own so it was fine. Overall was very happy with experience.
