It was a last minute decision to stay in PHX for the night, that was very relaxing and comforting.
Pros:

I booked a single bed but did not realize it only came with a shower, not tub. I discovered it when I walked into the room. Casey at the Front Desk not only rebooked me immediately and added the charge to my card, she personally walked the new key card upstairs and showed me to my new room.
Service and friendliness above and beyond. I have stayed here before and love this team and this hotel.

I stay here every time I visit Scottsdale. It is a very good choice hotel great breakfast closely located to a lot of stuff and I love the little Pool. You don’t have to fight crowds.
