Pros:

The staff in the day shift were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The staff at the night shift was horrible. We got a different room than we reserved and they insisted that they don't have our reserved room available but in the morning the lady at the reception corrected the mistake.

It was fine. Wouldn't recommend it, wouldn't tell people to avoid it.
Cons:

We were out all day and our room wasn't cleaned, despite taking down our Do Not Disturb sign. No new towels, no garbage pick up, nothing. For the price we were paying, I was surprised we were expected to specifically ask, that this wasn't automatic. I was also surprised at the hesitancy to send someone up when we called to ask about it. Small pool, even smaller jacuzzi to go with it, and a rather anemic fitness room.
