Staðsetningin var fullkomin, rétt hjá Hörpu þar sem við sóttum tónleika. Starfsfólkið var einstaklega lipurt. Lounge á neðstu hæð var dásamlega notalegt. Við slepptum hefðbundnum morgunmat en kíktum í staðinn á Rvk Roasters sem er inni á hótelinu og þar var allt upp á 10!

Overall a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and we had a great stay!!
Pros:

The location, staff and hotel in general is perfect. The spa is a lovely touch to the hotel.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like was the pillows in the rooms, they are not very good/comfortable.

Nice hotel but not worth the money
Pros:

Nice location.

Cons:

Rooms were so dark. Cost for extra night was ridiculous. 600 pounds when flight was delayed.

Staff was friendly.. bathroom floor was heated which is always nice and the hotel had Le labo scents which smelled delicious

Cons:

way too contrived.. food was the worst I’ve had on the whole trip and so expensive .
