Perfect location, amazing food and the friendliest most helpful staff. We loved every aspect of our stay.
Our concierge Lidiane was most helpful, she organised all our activities, every day was wonderful and stress free - thank you.
Everything in Edition is clean and well maintained. Pleasant and helpful staff. The location is great.
Hydromassage facilities in spa need improvement.
There is no good quality loose tea which is a must for me in a good hotel.
Great location, super modern and clean hotel. Sheets changed every day, professional and first class service.
Overly expensive (even by Iceland standards). Standard hotel breakfast buffet for 4 people expect £200.00 total. We went out for breakfast most days and had better quality, fresher food for a fraction of the price, (at premium places like SandHolt). Would strongly suggest if you are booking just book accommodation and go out for food. You are paying a premium for rooms and service and deservedly so, the rooms are beautiful and the service is exemplary, but we didn't want to eat or drink in the hotel as everything felt just too far too expensive, (note we are not averse to spending money on food and ate at Dill one evening and Ox another)!
אחלה מלון במיקום מעולה קרוב לנמל. הספא מפנק ממש אחלה כדי לסגור את היום אחרי טיול בעיר. ארוחת בוקר מפנקת!!!
Breakfast good although very long wait for omelettes on 2 days! Location is great. Staff all very helpful and attentive!
Rooms a little small. Expensive too I think, even though 5 star and in Iceland!
It was nice, the host gave me a gift for my birthday there and shared nice words for me.
I liked that heating was from the floor so if you have allergy this is a good option to sleep through the night
The gym did not have enough small weights but the equipment were good.
The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the best restaurants and shops. The lobby and bar area was very cozy and the service great, we also enjoyed the view from the bar on the top floor. Morgan at Concierge was very knowledgeable and his service was outstanding.
We has dinner at three great restaurants during our stay in Reykjavik, Apotek, Fish market restaurant and in the hotel's Michelin star, Tides restaurant. The was not enough waiters, as a result the service was poor and the food cold. Soup was service without the bread and we could not get hold of a waiter. NOTE: The 7,000 food and beverage credit CAN ONLY BE USED AT TIDES! It is not clear from the welcome letter and caused conflict during checkout
konumu, temizliği, personelin güler yüzü, odaların döşenme şekli, mükemmel yemek...
SPA da masaj biraz daha ucuz olabilir...
Frábær.

kahvaltı çok güzeldi, günlük surpriz ikramlarda kusursuzdu
sevmediğim bir şey olmadı
the staff, the location, the food. everything. it was awesome. I want to come back tomorrow!!
The location is excellent and walkable to many areas.
All in all, our stay was lovely. Concierge was super helpful, the staff was very nice, and beds were comfortable. The issue was that from the first day, our toilet seat was broken and never got fixed. I reported the broken seat three times, and each time the engineer left a note saying they repaired the seat, but each time it was still broken. I shared this with the front desk at checkout, and they apologized, but did not offer any sort of resolution. The client service was off for such a high-caliber hotel.
