The place to be in Reykjavik
Pros:

Great location, right next to the Harbour and Harpa. Walking distance from everything you need in Reykjavik.
The staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The view from the room was not great. I got a standard room with City View but I would suggest getting the Harbour view.

La comunicazione col il guest service : avevo prenotato un transfert ma poi disdetto .non avevo comunicato ne’ orario di arrivò della nave , ne’ il porto : nonostante non avessi mai confermato questo servizio , mi sono ritrovato inspiegabilmente un autista al mio arrivò . Pur non avendo usufruito del servizio , per l’incomprensione , mie’ stato addebitato il costo del 50%

The hotel is beautiful, everything was ok, but the phone didn't work, there were no slippers, and I had to go from my room to the front desk twice at 11pm
