Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for four nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff greeted us with a smile, and whenever we approached the reception desk or any other staff member, they were always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. It truly made us feel welcome.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options, and the espresso machine was a wonderful bonus for coffee lovers.

One gesture that really stood out was on our departure day. Check-out was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but we asked if we could keep the room a little longer. Without any hesitation or extra charge, the hotel kindly extended our stay until 1:00 p.m. This thoughtful gesture made our last day much more comfortable and is something we genuinely appreciated.

Cons:

The only downside was the gym. It is quite small, and the multi-gym machine was out of order. However, compared to everything else the hotel offers, this was only a minor issue.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to return in the future.

Pros:

A recepciós hölgy rendkívül kedves, barátságos, aranyos volt.
Rugalmasak voltak a kijelentkezésnél kaptunk +1,5 órát.
Tiszta szoba, kényelmes ágy, jó felszereltség.
Ár / érték arányban kiváló, máskor is megyünk!

Amazing hotel with excellent service!
Pros:

Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options.

A special thanks to Anna at the reception, she is incredibly professional, attentive to every little detail, and always made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

I also really enjoyed the massage. Olga is very talented, and her hands are amazing. One of the best massages I’ve had!

Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
