Everything filled our expectations. Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

Our stay at no 15 Ermou was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Every team member was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It was truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The selection was incredible, and everything was exceptionally fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, every item tasted like it had just been prepared.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, but it was the combination of the amazing staff and the ridiculously wonderful breakfast buffet that made our stay unforgettable.

We highly recommend No 15 Ermou to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience and would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

The attention to detail was outstanding, especially as to all of the aforementioned catagories. The room service and food were also beyond what was expected. All of the staff had a great positive mental attitude.

Cons:

Really, only the gym might need more or updated equipment, HOWEVER what they had worked great.

Tüm personel oldukça ilgili ve yardım severdi. Otelin konumu harika, her yere yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Sadece otopark sorunu var. 400 mt mesafede 7/24 açık kapalı otopark var. Valizlerinizi otelinde önünde ayrılmış geçici park alanında indirip otele giriş yapabilrsiniz. Sonrasında hemen otoparka çekmelisiniz. Herhangi bir süprizle karşılaşmak istemiyorsanız :) aracınızı mutlaka 7/24 açık olan bir otoparka bırakınız. Küçük otoparklar haftasonları kapalı !!! Bu kısma dikkat edin.

Pros:

It is my go to place I am in Thessaloniki. The location is amazing, very close to some amazing taverns and cafes and very close to the sea promenade as well. The hotel clean and orderly and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

That you need to pay extra for the sauna which you didn't 2 years ago 😀 Simply just because I know it used to be free
