Geräumiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundliche

Pros:

Great room with a large window with a beautiful view, super clean and comfortable. The sauna is perfect and the sky bar has the best view!

Cons:

We had an issue with a waitress at the restaurante but the manager kindly took over. The location is great for Kiruna but quite urban compared to the river area. To see the Aurora we walked about 15m to the “golden egg” and caught a great aurora!

Fint hotell men känns som det är för lite personal för att hinna hantera gästerna

Fint rum, bastu och trevlig sky bar.

Cons:

Frukosten var under all kritik sista dagen. Vi kom en timme innan frukost stängde. Exakt allt mjukt bröd var slut, all yoghurt var slut och all Nutella. Efter att ha väntat länge på bröd frågade jag en anställd som lovade bröd om 5 min. Inget bröd kom. Efter en halvtimme frågade jag igen och nu kunde de inte svara på när de hade tid att ta fram bröd så jag fick äta knäckebröd. Vi var där 40 min och inget av det som var slut fylldes på. Inte den lyxiga hotellfrukost jag tänkt mig eller betalt för.

Vi trivdes på hotell-weekend i Kiruna.
Pros:

god frokost og fin service. Fin restaurant med god mat. Relax-avdelingen var flott med en kjempefin og behagelig badstue. Godt reinhold.
