Très bon hôtel et bon emplacement pour un séjour loin de la foule

Très bon emplacement si vous souhaitez être au calme sans trop de touristes, des bons cafés et restaurants sont à proximité à pied ou à vélo

Le service valet très bon

The stay was fine but they need to improve their customer service.

Cons:

Customer service is lacking. First, I waited more than 30 minutes to get a response regarding no television service. When I didn’t get one I then tried calling the front desk. No one answers the phone when you call the front desk. I had to send another message asking to speak to management or threatening to call corporate office. Still took awhile to get a response. Finally told there was nothing they could do. No TV service until around 1 the next day. Felt we should have been compensated in some way.
Also, sent me a message days before arrival to ask if I had any special requests. I asked for extra towels . Did not receive them.

Beautiful room, excellent view, great staff!!!
Pros:

My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience of this hotel. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend the wave hotel, and we will be staying again

There isn’t much to dislike. And if you find something you’re nitpicking lol.
