The accommodations and service were fantastic. We were here for almost three weeks, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Charisma and the team did an amazing job. I’ll absolutely be staying here again, and would recommend the Element to anyone coming to Waco!

What I thought was going to be 3 barely tolerable weeks in Waco for work training turned out to be the best hotel stay of my life. Element does it right!

Special appreciation goes to Miriam and Adriana in the breakfast nook. I playfully learned some basic Spanish while placing orders with Miriam which was fun and made my motivation to get out of bed all that much easier. Plus the food was delicious and their service always friendly and top notch.

Actually, the Element feels like a full service hotel without all of the extra cost. It is located in the Southern part of Waco off of I-35 N, but it is close enough to Baylor University, restaurants, shopping, and attractions that it isn't a major issue. Now, with that being said, the only challenge with this location is that "circle thingy" that you will need to drive around to get to the hotel. We were greeted by a bubbly and friendly hotel staff member; check-in was quick and easy. We arrived around 8:30 in the evening and we were pretty weary from the trip, so we were happy we were able to order burgers from their on-site Circa Bar & Kitchen. As the saying goes, first impressions are lasting impressions, the lobby area has ample seating with comfortable sofas and chairs, it felt like sitting in one's own living room. The pool area had a grill and picnic tables and a vast area for everyone to enjoy. Our room was exactly what we expected, first of all it was clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and sleeping in that comfortable king bed was heavenly. I typically do not eat breakfast, but I must say I am so happy I did not skip the Rise hot breakfast. I love having the hot items cooked to order. Those pancakes were the lightest and fluffiest I have ever remembered having and I eat a lot of pancakes. The French toast was good too. Of course, there were pastries, fruit, juices, and coffee available as well. This is our 2nd year staying here. It was our Host Hotel for our Annual Family Reunion. I would like to give a shout out to our Sales Manager, MacKenzie Olvera. She was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions, concerns, or even challenges that we were made aware of, which was/is extremely refreshing. This is a lovely property with so much to offer. I didn't mention the 24/7 gym which we utilized while there. I highly recommend this property whether it is for a Family Reunion or simply a quick get-a-way or even if you are in town for business, this is the place to stay!

The location was spot on for what we wanted to do with 40 children and adults. The atmosphere was great! The lobby are had beautiful chairs and seating accommodations. The rooms were clean, and we had plenty of space . The only small detail I noticed was that the televisions in the lobby could not be changed. It was Wimbledon time and I couldn’t catch the matches in the morning s

As a corporate trainer who travels throughout the United States, I am responsible for booking all of my company's training venues. Because of Marriott's long-standing reputation for outstanding customer service, exceptional cleanliness, and first-class amenities, I exclusively book Marriott properties whenever possible.

Recently, however, I needed meeting space for a very special personal event—a surprise birthday party and surprise wedding vow renewal for my wife. I contacted the Element Hotel Waco, located at 2200 Robinson Road, and had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie Olvera, Director of Sales.

From the very first phone call, I knew this experience would be different. While I am accustomed to coordinating venues and event spaces as part of my profession, I have rarely encountered someone who demonstrated the level of professionalism, compassion, dedication, and genuine care that Mackenzie provided throughout the entire process.

Mackenzie went far above and beyond every expectation to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to accomplish and worked tirelessly to make sure all of my needs were met. Her communication was exceptional, and she followed up multiple times after the booking to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. The attention to detail and personal investment she showed were truly remarkable.

I have always been loyal to Marriott because of their high standards, but Mackenzie elevated those standards to an entirely new level. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is simply outstanding and reflects the very best of what hospitality should be.

When we arrived to set up for the event, the entire staff at Element Hotel Waco reinforced the positive experience. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel was immaculate, well-maintained, and operated with excellence.

Most importantly, the event was an incredible success. My wife was completely surprised and had an absolutely wonderful time. The memories created that day will stay with us forever, and a large part of that success is directly attributable to Mackenzie and the team at Element Hotel Waco.

If you are looking for a clean, professional, and exceptionally well-managed hotel or meeting venue, I cannot recommend Element Hotel Waco highly enough. Be sure to ask for Mackenzie Olvera. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her guests are second to none.

Simple, but complete.

Beautiful hotel! Has everything we needed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was all kind and helpful. Location was close to the silos which was the reason for our stay. There was some construction but not a burden. Rate per night was spot on for this type of hotel and location. The Pool and outdoor area was fun and well maintained. We would without hesitation stay at the Element in Waco for future visits.

Mackenzie was so helpful and friendly! She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time here! Staff was amazing and Mackenzie was top notch in assisting us!!! The pool had the best vibe and drinks from Bar were excellent! We’re definitely booking again! This is such a beautiful place to stay !
