Wonderful 👌🏻
Pros:

We love the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel is so cute and small. We went to a wedding and a lot of tour friends were staying there. We had a perfect time and want to come back soon. Thank you Hotel Quintana Ladera.

Fijne en rusige plek in prachtige wijk
Pros:

Mooi boutique hotel in het rustige deel van El Poblado, maar wel op loopafstand van goede restaurants. Prachtig aangelegde tuin rondom het hotel waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. De kamer en badkamer waren mooi en ruim..Leuk dat het ontbijt bij het restaurantje beneden het hotel is. Persoonlijk was ook vriendelijk.

Cons:

Vlakbij onze kamer was een opslaghok waar het schoonmaak personeel al rond 6.30 uur best luidruchtig bezig was dus daar werden we een paar keer wakker van.

Pros:

Très bel emplacement, chambres spacieuses, bien agencées et confortables, personnel aux petits soins et possibilité de diner ou petit déjeuner dans le patio très appréciée. Egalement possibilité de garer un gros véhicule très appréciable

Pros:

Hotel carino e curato. Il bar collegato all hotel dove si fa colazione (tutto buono e personale gentile)

Cons:

Occorre evitare le camere nei pressi della hall nr 7,8,9 e 10 poiché c'è parecchio rumore
In particolare quella in cui stavo, la nr 9, dava su strada ed era collocata di fronte un locale di servizio nel quale movimentavano cose dalle 6 e 20 del mattino. Ho chiesto di parlare con un manager per cambiare stanza o trovare una soluzione ma sono stata ignorata. L hotel viene pubblicizzato come un'oasi di pace ma in alcune camere non c'è questa condi. Ho avuto anche un disguido sul servizio massaggi, avendo concordato via whats app con le receptionist un prezzo per poi scoprire alla fine del trattamento che il prezzo richiesto era pari al doppio.

Abgesehen von den Waschmaschinen ein schönes, einfaches Hotel. (In anderen Zimmern vielleicht besser)

Wunderbare Lage - sehr schöner Garten - eine Oase

Cons:

Ein so schönes Hotel und so wenig Gefühl für Lärmentwicklung-unter unserem Zimmer war die Waschkücke, in der pünktlich um 04:00 2 Waschmaschinen loslegten. Gefühlt den ganzen Tag - an Schlaf war nur wenig zu denken. Schade!!!

Unfortunately the "pond" was mostly empty and ugly, which made for a much less nice courtyard, and a noisy water feature. The hot tub was not very clean, and required advance notice to have it heated.

Truly appalling experience
Cons:

We had a simple booking issue that the staff handled horribly. Not only did they fail to find any reasonable resolution, they price gouged our room rate and threatened to dock the pay of their reception staff if we didn’t accept full responsibility. The mismanagement (and absentee manager), complete disregard for hospitality and communication issues were staggering. We were given zero benefit of the doubt and treated like the booking issue was somehow intentional. Stay away, especially with young families and non-Spanish speakers.

Prima hotel met mooie tuin
Pros:

Ligging van het hotel en de buitenruimtes waren mooi, ontbijtruimte was onder het hotel en goed

Cons:

Gehorig als je een kamer hebt in de buurt van de receptie. De kamer is beetje benauwd, je kunt geen ramen open zetten en de fan werkte niet.
