We had a simple booking issue that the staff handled horribly. Not only did they fail to find any reasonable resolution, they price gouged our room rate and threatened to dock the pay of their reception staff if we didn’t accept full responsibility. The mismanagement (and absentee manager), complete disregard for hospitality and communication issues were staggering. We were given zero benefit of the doubt and treated like the booking issue was somehow intentional. Stay away, especially with young families and non-Spanish speakers.
The whole room was very relaxing and such a peaceful atmosphere at the hotel. The jacuzzi the ambience everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and stay here longer.

It was a lovely and quiet hotel, in a great location. The staff were super helpful with all of our questions and early breakfast requests. The coffee at breakfast was really nice too. It was a beautiful hotel.
Even with the fan it was quite hot. The sink structure meant that a lot of water is wasted.
The location was ideal, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and beautiful.
They put me in the room across from the lobby desk and beside the front door so it was very loud. I could hear everything and the guests were rowdy. I had a 5am departure and got zero sleep. They did reach out to offer me a free night in future but not sure when I’ll be back to Colombia so that wasn’t the best solution.
Hotel boutique molto carino, ben tenuto, e in una zona abbastanza tranquilla, pur essendo vicina ai punti di attrazione del Poblado. Molto rilassante il bagno giapponese e il giardino. Molti ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi, e il Kampanas suggerito alla reception ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Il giardino dell'hotel è veramente immerso nel verde.
Nessun commento negativo, ma avrei preferito una camera al primo piano piuttosto che quella al piano terra.

Amazing location and great place to stay
Het bad en de hot tub zijn heerlijk. Locatie is centraal. Lekker zitje ook buiten de kamer.
Op onze eerste nacht hoorde we echt super harde muziek tot 6 uur sochtends. Dit ligt niet alleen aan de locatie, maar ook aan de accommodatie. Er zitten ramen/deuren die niet goed geïsoleerd zijn. Kieren van meer dan 2 cm en enkelglas. Dit was alleen op zaterdagnacht gelukkig. Verder ziet het er allemaal erg mooi uit, maar zijn sommige dingen niet praktisch. Handdoeken drogen niet af. Ontbijt is echt een licht ontbijt in sommige gevallen. Personeel spreekt bijna geen Engels, maar ik had niet het gevoel dat ze hun best deden.
During our travels, we seek out community-oriented establishments that prioritize sustainability. We discovered such a place and cherished every moment there. The hotel was charming and peaceful, with staff who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’re already looking forward to returning and experiencing more of their outstanding hospitality.

El el desayuno aunque lo teníamos incluido te cobraban por pedir leche de almendras en el café, como si pidiéramos vaso aparte. Agujero en el suelo peligroso
