Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Multiple guests mentioned poor cleanliness: 'Limpieza pésima', closet odor, leaking AC units, visible rust/oxidation and general maintenance issues; some rooms were noted as clean but concerns are frequent.
Service
9.4
Staff frequently praised: 'Atención por parte del personal lo máximo', 'amabilidad del personal', helpful check‑in/out and WhatsApp support; a few isolated reports of discourteous staff do not dominate overall sentiment.
Location
9.5
Location repeatedly highlighted as a strength: 'cerca del aeropuerto', 'bien ubicado', easy access to Las Américas and city points; consistently positive across reviews.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed comments: some comfortable beds and pleasant pool‑level rooms, but rooms noted as small, with odors in closets, basic upper rooms and visible cracks/oxidation in bathrooms—adequate but in need of maintenance.
Amenities
7.5
Good rooftop and pool areas praised, but shortcomings reported: no complimentary water/coffee in rooms, no hair dryer, limited gym equipment and schedule/availability issues for pool/shuttle; overall decent but inconsistent.
Value for Money
8
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt it offered good value ('Excelente relación calidad-precio', 'Muy cómodo'), while at least one guest criticized price vs. basic breakfast and amenities; generally acceptable value with some exceptions.
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast and food received strong positive comments: 'Desayunos muy bien', 'Desayuno super completo', buffet with fresh fruit and excellent meals noted repeatedly; a few guests found breakfast basic or repetitive but overall sentiment is very positive.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall stays are positive for many guests ('Excelente estadía', 'La mejor experiencia'), driven by staff, location and food, though maintenance and cleanliness issues temper some experiences.

Calidad y seguridad en las instalaciones.
Pros:

Cons:
