Pros:

El desayuno.

Cons:

Es un poco básico el hotel. No había secadora y plancha en la habitación.
Además, hubo un inconveniente en la piscina; habían dos señores en estado etílico, notificamos al personal pero no los retiraron de la piscina a pesar de que había un letrero que indicaba de manera explícita que está prohibido beber en el sitio. Este reclamo lo hicimos principalmente porque mi hijo de 8 años estaba también haciendo uso de la piscina pero no hicieron nada ni pidieron disculpas por lo ocurrido.

El hotel era cómodo más tuve una experiencia muy mala que dejó todo lo bueno que pudo haber tenido el hotel por los suelos

Overall nice clean rooms with view on the beach (sort of)
Pros:

The rooms were clean, including the bathroom, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well.

We stayed on the 10th floor, with a view of the Atlantic, which was very nice. The sunset was unfortunately completely blocked by the neighbouring building, but you could still see small beachfronts to the side.

The rooftop pool was great. Drinks were quite pricey, and at this price point we would probably have preferred to book an adults-only option.

Breakfast had a few highlights. The fried yuca, omelette station and the fruit bar were enjoyable.

Cons:

Breakfast overall was disappointing.

We were not expecting an ‘intercontinental’ breakfast, but the variety was extremely limited. The cheese and ham were dried out, and the selection felt poor.

It would have been nice to have a simple salad bar with options such as tomato, cucumber and lettuce. A toaster for the bread was also missing.

Excelente hotel , viajamos desde chile con nuestra hija de 6 años , fueron muy amables desde el principio.
Llegamos antes del check in , y nos facilitaron guardar nuestras maletas mientras llegaba la hora.
Habitación limpia y el aseo diario excelente, desayuno buffet .
El personal muy amable y atento , destaco a quienes se encuentran en el piso m y en el rooftop .
En el ultimo piso rooftop con muy buenos precios y ademas piscina para disfrutar, que incluía toallas para los huéspedes y personal muy amable a disposición.
Mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo de whyndham garden cartagena , hicieron nuestras vacaciones muy agradables!!
