Pros:

Muy lindo hotel en relación al precio. Linda vista, esta en una buena zona, si bien es lejos del centro historico, cuesta barato un uber hasta ahi.

Pros:

El hotel es muy confortable, con todos los servicios que uno puede aspirar para la estadía en Cartagena. Desayuno increíble. Creo que la relación calidad-precio es difćil de equiparar. El personal muy atento.

Cons:

Respecto a la ubicación, puede ser por un lado no tan cercana a lla zona del Casco Histórico, Bocagrande y El Laguito, la zona de Crespo es bastante segura, y muy cercana al Aeropuerto.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia y olía muy feo. En la cama habían cabellos, tuvimos que dormir así una noche porque estábamos demasiado cansados. Luego tuvimos que solicitar limpieza y aún así seguía la cama sucia

Estaba muy limpio, y la cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Tomen en cuenta que el baño es pequeño, pero suficiente, el área de arriba que es la piscina cierra a las 7 después de eso no quieren a nadie arriba ni siquiera sentado mirando la vista, también. Ponen un mini Bar en la habitación, agua, cerveza, Gatorade, unas papitas, maní, y eso pero no es gratis, si tomas algo te lo cobran y bien caro, lo cual no me hace sentido.

We went out the whole day, and when we got back the room was opened. We reported it and they did not even apologize or respond to the message we sent. At the checkout, I told the teller and he asked if something was missing we said no and that was it. Also, at the checkout, they charged snacks that were not even there when we got there. Breakfast only had like 2 options available.... Awful experience honestly we were expecting better since Whyndham in Costa Rica is very very nice.... Never again!

Mi habitación tenia olor a húmedo, moho, y la primera noche no habia aseado la cama estaba como con arena, me parece que se exceden en el precio de la cerveza

Pros:

Después de un día de corre corre, tratando de conocer todo lo que se podía en la ciudad, llegar en la noche a este hotel y descansar, muy cómodamente, al día siguiente ese desayuno espectacular, uyyyyy fue excelente, ni mi familia ni yo nos queríamos ir, les agradezco de corazón por hacer de esta experiencia inolvidable.
