Staff was nice

Cons:

This hotel is very old and is not on good repair. Rust, peeling paint, very terrible bathrooms. Breakfast options are terrible.

The location

Cons:

Wyndham sends me a text telling me to check in and check out. Doesn't mean anything. Waste of time. They took my credit card for payment but they do t hold it. So you have to come down check out to see if you used anything from the mini bar. Very unprofessional set up. The staff was rude, very rude.

It was ok, but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Facilities are nice, room was clean. The pool and rooftop are nice too.

Cons:

I travelled with my dog (small Shih Tzu) and I had to pay extra for her, still she couldn’t access to the restaurant or the pool, makes no sense to me. If you travel solo, don’t bring pets or else you won’t enjoy the facilities. May as well say you are not a pet friendly hotel, my personal opinion.

The location, directly at the sea shore, could hardly be better. From my room, I had a great view lf the beach, the surf, and the Caribbean sea.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, both the variety and the quality of the food offered. Like this, it doers not match Colombian nor European, not even American standards of a decent breakfast.
