Exceptional
Pros:

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very clean.

We arrived to the hotel and were surprised by being upgraded to a bigger suite which was massive, clean and comfortable making our experience exceptional.

We also asked for a late checkout (6pm) which thankfully was guaranteed.

I would like to thank Mahmoud for taking care of us and helping us in our short stay.

Will definitely come back.

Exceptional in every way
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised! Very clean and neat, everything in place. The most exceptional are the staff - every single person has been super professional and friendly. The service is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced in my life.

It was a very comfortable stay in a really convenient location.
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable, the location was excellent for me as it was close to the pyramids and is part of Arkan mall which is very convenient.

Cons:

It’s beautiful and clean and very close to atteactions and shopping malls.

Amazing hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Staff members are so helpful, breakfast is amazing, room is clean and well furnished comfort sofa and coffee machine
Nice pool , small one but has a nice view from the roof
LA7 GYM is outstanding, with healthy food station and sugar free ice cream
Location is the neat inside Arakan plaza where all the entertainment programs are near by and you will not need to go anywhere else

Cons:

Small Pool not shaded , and electricity cut off from time to time
