Great place for families who need a safe accomodation in a European standard.
Pros:

The hotel belongs to Arkan Plaza area, which is a very safe area in Giza. The main attractions are reachable within 25–35 minutes by car. Upon our check-in, Emil was very helpful and supportive; when we arrived in the morning, we were able to access our rooms, which were connecting rooms. There are also very good restaurants near the hotel.

Cons:

In terms of cleanliness, from a European perspective it was not at the level shown on Booking.com for me, but perhaps my expectations are different from those of others. But is was also in a 9 level.

Pros:

Staff , location and facilitate was perfect.

Cons:

The SPA lacks some safety measures. I slipped and fell when I was about to take a shower. Hurt my knees and arms. Lucky didn't break a bone. I informed the staff and they were not even interested in providing any kind of support or medical attention.
