The spa falls short, experienced much better elsewhere. QC Therme are so much better on all counts.
For the price, the overall experience feels underwhelming and doesn’t quite justify the cost, spa staff are so bloody rude.

We travelled to Gothenburg after Christmas for a two night stay at Jacy'z Hotel.
We got the Top Floor package including a large room/2 x 2 hour spa sessions at Pachanga Club and Tasting Menu Dinners both nights at Gogogaga Asian Restaurant.
Pros:
Our room - super king bed was incredibly comfortable
Firepits in Main Bar on Ground Floor / Firepits in Spa
we loved the ambience of the hotel it was like being in a members club and the music was so cool and not too loud as others had noted
staff were discreet and the fire was stoked at all times
we loved sitting on a sofa by the fire sipping a cocktail. so comfortable and we often feel asleep there it was relaxing and no one looked at you/cared, like being in your own home.
queue for reception was long sometimes but they were helpful
lift system worked really well
Breakfast - amazing food, juices and shots, choice of food hot and cold. Loved that you didn't have to be seated and people (a lot of people coming through but it flowed as people could take their plates into the main bar/ surrounding tables without staff interferring.
The value was incredible, room, food, spa. really impressed and would return for the value on one of their packages.
Cons
Coffee was stewed at breakfast, and coffee machine options were chargeable.
(we had coffee in our room from our Nespresso machine which was perfect)
Room was cold initially due to being glass facing out and we had to sort out the heating in the main room and bathroom
Spa / one side was too cold for us / including the temperature of the pool water so we did not go back there the second night.
we hoped for a jacuzzi but there was not one.
Food signature menu was delicious but the second night korean tasting menu had a lot of crossover dishes and the main was not good (chuck steak/not a suitable cut for such a delicate recipe)
We went to the Spa. 3 pools, a wet and dry Sauna, lounging areas, beautiful views over Gothenburg. Sauna's weren't as I imagined, but still good

Great hotel, more than a hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff. Good amnestied. Great deals like Friday happy hour for drinks. Caught a gig, used the spa, explored the city. Worth exploring their deals and offers.
Stayed from 29 Oct to 1 Nov in a Medium Jacy’z room.
I was charged for a baby crib but didn’t receive it until late at night after 4–5 complaints.
Half of the lights didn’t work, no body wash, and housekeeping never changed the bed linen as promised.
The staff’s attitude was truly unacceptable – rude, dismissive, and even threatened to remove me instead of apologizing.
No explanation or solution was ever offered by the management.
I’m extremely disappointed by how this hotel is operated – definitely not a 5-star experience.
10/10 especially the breakfast buffet 🥰
The room was pretty clean and all the staff were very friendly and nice highly recommended
The location of this hotel although walkable is further out of the centre of the city. A few issues we encountered:
Floor 27 on the website was marketed as a day spa with a tranquil space to recharge your batteries. Our experience was quite the opposite-it was overcrowded, noisy, people taking cocktails into the dry sauna, lots of drinking in the plunge pool, no space on the beds. There were also no treatments so not sure it could claim to be a day spa.
We booked a large room for 1-4 people for the three of us and the 3rd bed was a trundle so for my 165cm daughter it was too short and narrow to be comfortable. We were expecting a sofa bed. It was eventually resolved but took quite a bit of negotiation.
If you hit breakfast at the most popular time it is incrediably busy with lack of comfortable seating and no cordination by staff.
Overall we found it busy and noisy in the public spaces.

Nice stay
The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The spa was wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable — I only wish they offered treatments as well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here!
Veldig kult hotell. Fikk et rom med god utsikt og bra plass.
Litt skuffende frokost-buffet. Frokosten varer til 10:30, men allerede klokken 10:00 var de tomme for kokte egg og pannekaker osv. Da satt de ikke ut noe mer. Når man har frokost til et klokkeslett så burde serveringen av alle matvarer vare til frokostens ende.
Var også en del lys som ikke fungerte på hotellrommet.
Veldig kult spa med god mat. Kunne gjerne vært enda flere bademuligheter som f.eks. boblebad. Men veldig fint og kult sted.

Snyggt och modernt hotell. Riktigt bra frukost. Läget är en bit ifrån centrala Göteborg.
Bott här flera gånger och ALLTID, varje gång skall dom strula med betalningar.
Jag har fått betala andra gästers rum, blivit tvungen att bevisa min egen betalning med kontoutdrag. SE UPP med detta.
Jättefint hotell, jättefina rum, jättegullig städpersonal som ordnade badrockar till barnen, varm och härlig pool ute! Men inriktningen är party så med barn kändes det inte som ett alternativ att stanna på hotellet för middag. Jättehög musik i restaurangdelarna. Otroligt mycket folk under frukosten. Platserna räcker inte till.

Fina rum men väldigt stökigt med hög musik på kvällen i restaurangen och reception. Fredag kväll.
