Pros:

La atención del personal a nuestra llegada

Cons:

Este lugar vende descanso, exclusividad y relax, pero la realidad es otra: funciona más como un beach club masificado que como un hotel. Y eso no lo explican con claridad al reservar.
Para empezar, son durísimos con sus normas y penalizaciones. Mucha rigidez para luego no cumplir ni con lo básico.
La mala experiencia empezó antes de llegar: ya en el avión, después de un viaje larguísimo desde Bogotá, me avisaron de que mi habitación tenía un problema y me reubicaron en otro hotel en Cartagena. Al día siguiente, cuando por fin llegué al hotel, me encontré la cama con manchas y cabellos de otros huéspedes. Es decir: no habían cambiado las sábanas. Inaceptable.
Lo peor vino después: descubrí que el hotel recibe cada día una gran cantidad de “pasadías”, así que aquello no era ningún refugio tranquilo, sino un sitio lleno de gente externa, ruido y saturación. Piscina sucia, playa sucia, basura en el suelo, cero ambiente de descanso y una sensación constante de desorden.
Además, a las 22:00 prácticamente se acaba toda la actividad y el servicio. Durante el día, da la impresión de que la prioridad no son los huéspedes, sino el negocio de las pasadías.
Lo más escandaloso es el contraste: son clarísimos para cobrar, penalizar y restringir, pero muy poco serios con la limpieza, la transparencia y la experiencia real que ofrecen.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto. No es un hotel de relax es una experiencia muy decepcionante.

Misleading adults-only and relaxing claims and very disappointing stay.
Pros:

I liked the location, and the fact the hotel staff was cleaning the beach.

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel for a relaxing couple’s stay because it is advertised on Booking.com as "slow beach" and "adults-only", but that is simply not true. Loud music starts at 9 am, the pool was full of kids (under 10 yo), and large day-pass groups take over the space all day, making it crowded and chaotic. It feels more like a beach club than a hotel, with zero consideration for guests seeking a quiet, high-end experience. On top of that, service was poor and the food and cocktails were overpriced for the quality.

Nothing . False advertising . Adult only ; definitely not ; lies and false advertising . Stating that it’s a place to come and relax to from
Hectic Cartagena : hilarious more lies . We arrived with 160 daytime so called vip guests right behind us ; creating noise and taking up all the sunbeds and areas . Loud music and chaos everywhere . This was a pattern every day . Dreadful food equally appalling staff . The manageress hardly ever to be seen and totally useless ; an opinion shared by her staff to us . Sack her . Other guests shared our thoughts about this dreadful place . I could go on and on about this falsely advertised dump . We left a day early ( losing money) . Please please save your hard earned money and avoid this dump .

Junior suite was lovely

Cons:

Said it was an adults only but when we were there we saw children- also there were only about 8 guests staying at the resort however each day the resort was open to day trippers which ruined the desert island ambiance- they were there most of the day and one day it was a wedding group so particularly rowdy - felt we were a bit misled
