還OK的品質，稍貴的價格，隔音真的不好，人多時不建議。
Pros:

都還好。
停車位在地下室，很不錯。

Cons:

308水聲非常大，熱水冷水一開噪音很大。瞬間關水的水垂很吵。
冷氣室內機風扇軸承老化，有噪音。
隔壁房間關門聲音傳入室內超大聲，隔音不好。
建議不要人多時去住，會互相影響。
建議要設一個電動車慢充，32A就好，不用刻意拉大電流快充，過夜可以充飽就好。
充電站可以和EVOASIS合作，這區完全沒有充電樁，廠商拜訪充電，真的不方便。
其他都還好。

中規中矩的商務旅館。

Cons:

以四人房來說，真的太小了，在這麼偏僻的地方，四人房竟然放兩張雙人床就幾乎沒有走道。真的太擁擠!
空調是分離式冷氣，要自己開窗戶才有辦法與外部通風。
隔音不太好，走廊走路的人群聲音明顯。
其他都還好。
