I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was not properly clean and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.

However, the most serious issue concerns my personal belongings. After returning to my room, I noticed that my belongings had been searched and that €160 in cash had been stolen from my wallet. I immediately reported the situation to the hotel staff, but I was extremely disappointed by the way my complaint was handled. I did not feel that any serious effort was made to investigate what had happened or to find a solution.

What was even more disappointing was the response I received from the staff. I was simply told that I should have kept my money in the safe. I find this response unacceptable. Guests should be able to expect their personal belongings to be respected and not searched or taken from.

I am therefore asking the hotel to take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and provide me with an explanation and a solution regarding the €160 that was stolen.

I have now returned to my home country, but I remain available by email if you need any further information from me.

I look forward to receiving your response.

There’s better options out there avoid this one
Pros:

Other than the staff and free wifi not much

Cons:

Paul is a lot smaller in person. You can’t actually swim in it because there’s a massive wall in the middle. and it’s only a meter deep.

The rooms felt like prison cells because of the decor and the Window

The view we had was a wall literally as you open the window all you see is a wall

The rooms smell like sewage/stagnant water

The room rooms have two single beds connected together

The lifts take ages because there’s only one button that controls two lifts so you can’t control the left separately so you have to wait longer a lot longer than you normally should

Pros:

La posizione è ottima: l’hotel è molto centrale, soprattutto per chi è giovane e cerca ristoranti e locali in serata. Anche il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. I servizi in camera (condizionatore, phon, televisore) funzionavano correttamente

Cons:

La stanza presentava un forte odore di umido. Anche la pulizia non è stata delle migliori.

La stanza era molto stretta per tre persone: spazi d’appoggio praticamente inesistenti, soprattutto in bagno, dove non c’era un posto dove appoggiare le proprie cose né dove lasciare le asciugamani bagnate.

Un altro problema è stato il servizio delle asciugamani: spesso non venivano lasciate in camera e dovevamo richiederle ogni volta, cosa piuttosto scomoda.

Anche l’ascensore era molto lento. L’alternativa erano le scale, ma per accedervi bisognava passare attraverso il ristorante adiacente, che non faceva parte dell’hotel.

Obiekt położony w niedalekiej odległości od piaszczystej miejskiej plaży. Przyzwoite śniadania. Basen na dachu z ładnym widokiem na panoramę okolicy.

Cons:

Obiekt znajduje się w okolicy, z tętniącym życiem nocnym. Wybierany jest głównie przez młodych ludzi, którzy spędzają czas wieczorem i w nocy korzystając z atrakcji okolicy. Czasem może powodować to uciążliwości dla innych gości hotelowych, choć trzeba przyznać, że obsługa stara się panować nad porządkiem i bezpieczeństwem wszystkich gości. W dniu naszego przyjazdu doszło do awarii windy, co było uciążliwe z uwagi na trudności z wniesieniem walizek na wysokie piętro.
