Die Warmspeisen beim Frühstücken waren durchgehend kalt. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Dusche war super.

3 giorni a Malta in famiglia, camera per tre persone nella media, peccato che la finestra dava all' interno, per cui non si vedeva nulla, colazione discreta,

The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the pool is a fun opportunity and the breakfast is good.
The only downside is that the hotel is very much in the centre, but the windows arent soundproof enough so a lightsleeper will have some trouble by night.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Cannot fault it. We came for 1 week on bed and breakfast and it was fab. Cannot recommend it enough.

Nice hotel, convenient location for local bay/beach, loads of food options local aswell as hotel breakfast restaurant and good location if you want to be close to the partying strip. Also nice that once you enter the hotel the you can’t hear the noise from outside.
Friendly staff and clean accommodation.

Room was poor and had damp on the walls, paint was all uneven and not finished to a good standard.

There was no outside window, instead it looked onto a shaft and it was filthy in there, there was no balcony, I was overall very disappointed, one of the two lifts for 10 floors never worked, the staff downstairs didn’t care.

I wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t stay again.

No parking available, they said that they would arrange an baby cot but they didn’t. Very loud. The room was dirty. There was poop on the toilet.

Hotel staff very rude and unhelpful. On arrival we was told we have only been booked for one night when we were booked for 4 nights. Myself and my friend became very worried and stressed and hotel staff told us ‘we would have to find our own hotel for the other 3 nights and try get a refund’ and also stated ‘they have no availability for our stay even if we payed extra money for the three nights’ I felt very overwhelmed and stressed about this. I thankfully printed out confirmation of our stay and still refused our 4 nights stay. Due to this, I called jet 2 and was immediately solved. We booked this over a year ago and can’t believe they told us they didn’t receive our booking.
Hotel cleaners are incredibly rude, went to my room to get one thing and they told us ‘give us two minutes’ in a rude tone, then said ‘why are you standing there’ as we waited to quickly get one thing from our room. On the plus side, breakfast and pool staff were very friendly and lovely. Wouldn’t stay here again

Front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a safe in the room.
Guests were noisy at times through the night which made sleep challenging prior to an early morning flight.

Very noisy, room had window that looks in the hole where you constantly hear ventilation. Very poor higiene, and there is a smell of mold and humidity. Solid breakfast and frendly staff. Location of hotel is in a very croudy and dirty part of the city.

No issues with the hotel itself. Rooms spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily. Breakfast is your average hotel buffet, I would have liked a fried egg option but the choice is boiled or scrambled as is the case with many hotels, enjoyable none the less.
I found the lifts take a while to respond when you send for it. Two convenience shops practically on the doorstep and plenty fast food outlets including one in the hotel.
Unfortunately,the terrain is NOT for anybody with any kind of mobility issues with uneven roads and narrow pavements with potholes and flag stones missing. Very dangerous. Transport is simple with a taxi rank 30 yards away and the cheaper options of Uber,Bolt and e-cars available through the app. Good WiFi throughout hotel. I was on floor 9 so heard very little noise from outside

The room could have more amenities, only one unit to put clothes. Free breakfast was average (watered down fruit juice, bland full English). Noisy area but that is to be expected staying in Paceville.

Overall average stay.

Ottima colazione con tutto e molto ordinata.
Attenzione alla movida sotto hotel dura fino alla 5 di mattina.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Ikyk a San Giuliano a Malta dal 11 al 15 aprile 2025. Viaggio di piacere. Albergo nuovo, pulito con petsonale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Hotel sito nella zona della movida notturna quindi c'è parecchio rumore per strada ma gli infissi della struttura isolano bene. Carina la piscina sul tetto.

Cleanliness - bathroom was horrible, I had to go out and get cleaner. Rest of room okish. Was surprised the safe was not fastened down…. Anyone could pick it up and walk off with it. We were told not to worry as they had cctv if anything happened….
Breakfast - ok plenty of choice.
Clientele - one for the younger ones, busy outside and always something going on. Perfect for party people.
Balcony room - don’t pay extra view is not great. Not just this hotel tho it’s a very built up area.
Rooftop bar not open, check timings when you book. We were unable to come back to the hotel on an evening and enjoy a drink before bed.
Alu restaurant was closed all the time we were there.
They moved us to another room as our ceiling was leaking (the island had lots of rain) and the bathroom in this one was better.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we liked the big clean rooms, great room service, helpful reception staff, appetising breakfast buffet, awesome terrace pool and the location of the hotel itself is very convenient for travel to the airport and other attractions. Thankyou IKYK hotel for serving us well, we are very grateful to your kindness and hospitality.
