Frequent Access is not Possible, had to travel by Boat total dependency.
Beautiful resort, great food and lovely staff
Location/roads to property weren’t ideal
Reservamos una habitación sobre el agua y me gustó mucho, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso es únicamente por lancha y esto a veces puede resultar incómodo.
El camino de acceso al hotel es muy malo, con tramos de tierra y muchos baches. Se tarda mucho tiempo en llegar desde la carretera principal.
I was in Nepal for 5 days, traveling through different cities and staying at various hotels. This was my last destination and final hotel, and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary here. But I was pleasantly surprised, the warm and welcoming staff, the beautiful property, the amazing view from my room, the spacious room size, and the scrumptious food made it all absolutely worth it.

Service is pathetic
Excellent service - the sales director even arranged for our car to be cleaned which we really appreciated after a week or so of dust. Restaurant staff were also excellent. Very peaceful location.

Ambience is excellent. Resort is located on a lake and the villas over the lake looks excellent. Restaurant is on the lake, and the outside setting is really good.
Resort is located at a very remote location
Deluxe rooms are small and congested
Bathroom is very small
No hot water in bathroom. Centralised heater was not working. No alternative given by the staff
