My group and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Marbella in Lomé. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, once inside, we truly appreciated the atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful decor, a welcoming vibe, and a thoughtfully designed space that made our stay very enjoyable.
The staff was professional, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit, which greatly contributed to our positive experience.

The Room & Amenities
The first thing we noticed was how spacious the room was—there was plenty of area to relax without feeling cramped. The bathroom was equally large, and we were pleased to have consistent hot water with great pressure throughout our stay.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
The property is exceptionally clean and clearly well-maintained. It’s obvious the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the building, as everything felt fresh and in perfect working order.

The Staff: Truly the highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
On-site Restaurant: Having a restaurant right on the property was so convenient for a quiet dinner.
Breakfast: The included breakfast was simple but more than enough to get your day started.
Breakfast could have been served a bit more quickly.

Great staff and very accommodating
the staff were very nice
bathroom Sink was corroded also, when we bath the whole toilette area gets flooded, we had to put our towels to prevent water getting to the room. this was reported immediately nothing was done till the last day or our days stay.
The breakfast was very amazing and the staff were Fantastic
It’s important to include local food such as pate noire, fufu, coco, which are good for customers coming from Europe to change slightly.
Nice and clean hotel near the fetish market. Good breakfast. The hotel staff helped us to arrange some taxi trips. Some English spoken.
There was no hot water when we were there.
