Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillerons pas cet établissement.

Son emplacement, le relationnel avec l’équipe du restaurant ( très bon accueil, personnes sympathiques et au petit soin ).

Cons:

Le style de l’établissement, très ancien , style rococo, le soin apporté aux chambres ou aux infrastructures : de nombreux défauts de peinture , des branchements électriques douteux , un sèche cheveux qui ne tient que sur un vis, des serviettes de bain trouées ou décousues, des coupures quotidiennes de climatisation, une carte de restaurant à améliorer , des transats à remplacer, mettre des fleurs naturelles plutôt qu’artificielles, surveiller le papier toilettes et le réapprovisionnement de gel douche , il faut deviner si c est du gel douche ou du shampoing, un après shampoing entamé, douche extérieure en mauvais état aucun soin apporté, lit qui ne respecte pas les dimensions annoncées , porte qui ne ferme pas , une Clim qui crache de l’eau, un vieux frigo présent dans la chambre mais vide et je passe tous les autres défauts ….. cet établissement mériterait d avoir un bon rafraîchissement pour se remettre au goût du jour et proposer le confort que les clients attendent.

My wife and I took five nights in the beginning of February.
Starting from the second day there was no water in the bathroom.
The hotel manager was very unkind we stay 24 hours more and then we left for another hotel.
We were asking for a refund through booking.com and Zenobia hotel already agreed to pay but never send the funds and then for over a month now I'm trying to contact they'll tell every day and booking.com is trying to contact as well and there seems to be no answer.
Horrible customer service.
I do not recommend it to anybody .

Nice waterfront location with a wonderful staff
Pros:

Great location on the water near Nungwi beach. Our son (age 9) loved swimming when the tide was in and exploring tide pools at low tide. Snorkeling was decent as well. The on-site restaurant was nice and there are several other good restaurants close by. The facility is showing some age, but is well maintained and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel was wonderful - everyone from reception to cleaning to restaurant. We would definitely come back!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana e ci siamo trovate molto bene. L’hotel è semplice, accogliente e situato in un’ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire a nostro agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gloria e a Marco della sicurezza, sempre professionali, attenti e cordiali. Grazie per aver reso la nostra permanenza così piacevole!

Čudovit dopust v Nungwiju! Hotel Zenobia ima krasno teraso z ležalniki nad morjem. Največje pohvale pa celotnemu osebju, neverjetno prijazni prav vsi: Gloria, Marko, Ivan, Rose,....
Prav tako pohvale za čistočo! Masaža v sklopu hotela je bila izvrstna!

Esperienza fantastica
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, siamo stati 7 notti e ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro ma soprattutto a CASA.
La nostra camera con terrazza vista mare semplicemente stupenda, svegliarsi con una vista del genere non ha prezzo.
Bar/Ristorante con vista mare, cibo molto buono, menù vario, colazione non a buffet ma si può scegliere tutto dal menù.
La posizione per noi è stata perfetta, con una breve passeggiata sulla spiaggia (occhio alle maree) si arriva tranquillamente a kendwa.
Lo staff è stato fantastico, ci hanno coccolati, fatto ridere, consigliato, sorpresi ma soprattutto ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.
Gloria : punto di riferimento, sempre a vostra disposizione, pronta ad aiutarvi per qualsiasi cosa, gentilissima e molto professionale, si assicurava ogni giorno che stessimo bene e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa.
Ali : Taxi ? Tour ? Sarà il vostro punto di riferimento, potete prenotare con lui tutte le escursioni a prezzi competitivi, mnemba island è stata la nostra preferita.
Alex e Nadia : sempre sorridenti, gentili, molto simpatici, ma soprattutto sempre molto professionali, Alex grazie per i tuoi pineapple juice e gli espresso a colazione, Nadia grazie per averci portato sempre il sorriso a tavola. Grazie anche a tutti gli altri camerieri ma non ricordo i loro nomi, siete un team fantastico.

Voor herhaling vatbaar , fantastisch!!
Pros:

fantastisch!! wat een lieve mensen en een top locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. En de spa is ook aanrader :) en ook gelijk alle winkeltjes/kraampjes, supermarkt om de hoek.
