Cons:

Оказывается на завтраке официанты могут делать вкусный кофе по заказу бесплатно, а не пить не вкусный из аппарата.. хотелось бы узнать об этом не при выезде !)

Das Zimmer

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte meine Buchung nicht im System was ja mal passieren kann. Als ich ankam meinte der Rezeptionist, dass es ihr Fehler sei und er sich das ansehen werde. Als ich wiederkam war ein anderer Rezeptionist da, der wieder nichts davon wusste. Der brauchte ewig um das Problem zu beheben und ich kam dann um 0:30 endlich in ein Zimmer. Am Morgen fragte ich erneut bei der Rezeption nach, da es hieß ich müsse das Zimmer am zweiten Tag wechseln und wieder wusste keiner Bescheid. Noch dazu wurde ich dabei unfreundlich gefragt, warum den das Problem noch nicht behoben wurde? Tja, das fragte ich mich auch! Eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten unterblieb natürlich!

Die Höhe war dann, als mir einer der Rezeptionisten eine Instagramanfrage schickte (mit seinem persönlichen Account) und sich ja nur nach meinem Wohlergehen erkundigen wollte. Meines Erachtens ist dies datenschutzrechtlich schwer bedenklich.

Pros:

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption (die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett).
Das Frühstück war super – es gab wirklich ausreichend Auswahl für jeden Hunger.
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral zum Zentrum (zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar).
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Alles schön , wunderbare Bedienung in der Hotel Rezeption , Enttäuschung in der Roof top Bar .

Roof top Bar Bedienung . Wir ( zwei Personen )sollten unseren Tisch verlassen und ein Tisch mit zwei Plätzen nehmen . Begründung : für „ erwartete viele Gäste „ . Nach 10 min der gleiche Kellner erlaubte auch zwei Personen bei unserem erst gewählten Tisch Platz zu nehmen.

Okay but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Very Centrál walking distance to museums and shops.

Cons:

Room was small. Very nice hun walls between bathroom and room. Ceiling was dirty! Towels only changed once in 4 days. Roof top bar very expensive!

The staff was very welcomy. The room was very clean. The checkin and checkout process was straight forward and fast. We’ve been to Radisson hotels and all are very well equipped with professional staff. Close to the center and to restaurants and the metro station is right at the entrance of the hotel
