Konumu çok güzel, hemen metronun ve kanalın yanında, ütü vardı odada ki genellikle olmaz
Everything was great. The decoration, the easy access from the airport, metro station right outside the hotel and walkable distance to the city center. The rooftop bar with the lovely view and the helpful staff!
Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville, proximité immédiate du métro.

Petit déjeuner très correct
L'accueil le jour de notre arrivée par un personnel peu accueillant.
Nous avions une réservation pour 4 nuits et nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 11h10.
Le personnel à la réception nous indique que la chambre sera disponible qu'à 15h sauf paiement d'arrivée anticipée de 25 €.
Nous acceptons cette majoration ,mais lorsque nous arrivons au règlement,je trouve que la somme demandée paraît anormalement plus élevée que le montant de la réservation.

Je demande alors que la réception m'envoie la facture par mail,ce qui ne sera pas fait.
Donc je repasse à la réception plus tard dans l'après midi pour demander la facture,la personne de la réception sort la facture et je m'aperçois que le réceptionniste du matin avait compté la taxe d'arrivée anticipée pour l'ensemble du séjour soit un total de 100 euros ,soit 75 euros de plus.
Quand je me suis plein de cette erreur,la réceptionniste du moment m'a trouvé une excuse complètement éclatée au sol, comme quoi le gars du matin avait du taper plusieurs fois sans s'en rendre compte.

Eine Lage die nicht besser Sein kann direkt mit Blick auf den Fluss und die U-Bahn im wörtlichen Sinn vor der Haustür.
Im Doppelbett nur eine Bettdecke - ist nicht was wir erwartet hätten.
