Nice rooms, but mismanaged
Pros:

Modern and clean.

Cons:

Mismanagement. No receptionist working on site, which means guest problems are not handled properly. There were couple of horribly noisy nights caused by a delegation of 20 kids. I was completely unable to sleep because of the noise levels (+poor sound insulation). Staff failed to managed this, even though they were informed.
