The staff speak no English and no knowledge of the city of Beijing!
Pros:

The bed was super comfy!

Cons:

The staff speak no English except for hello and goodbye, even though they state that they have English speaking staff! They also, even when using translate, could not help us with directions to the city or even call us a taxi ti Daxing Airport as they had never heard of it!

Superb
Pros:

Very friendly staff ensured that I could enter the room even when arriving at 7am in the morning, which was very good. The place is not fancy, but rooms are big enough, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very complete and good. Great help in booking taxis and going to my meeting destination the next morning. Language issues were resolved easily.

Cons:

My meetings were nearby the hotel, which made it a good choice and good value for money. For tourists, the location would ne inconveniently far away from the major touristy sites, so then it would not be very convenient.
