Cleanliness
7
Mixed signals: many guests report clean and comfortable rooms, lobby and pool kept well, but several reviews mention poor cleanliness (hallways dirty, smoke odor in corridors) and bathroom fixtures/shower door problems leading to flooding.
Service
8.8
Generally praised: numerous comments highlight very friendly, helpful and professional staff (reception praised even for late check-ins). A few strong negative reports (poor service, manager disrespectful) exist, but overall staff helpfulness is a clear strength.
Location
8.6
Consistently noted as a strong point for airport transit: close to the airport and convenient for travelers. Several guests note limited surrounding area and few nearby restaurants/shops.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms are frequently described as clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Some rooms had maintenance issues (intermittent lights, broken toilet flushes, poorly fixed shelves/pipes, shower door problems).
Amenities
8
Positive mentions: clean lobby, pool, widespread Wi‑Fi. Negatives include spa noise/poor soundproofing, parking concerns, air-conditioning regulation issues and occasional inattentive breakfast service.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed: several guests find the price a bit high or not fully justified given cleanliness/amenity issues; others state good value for airport transit or acceptable quality for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Generally positive breakfast and at least one praised restaurant; however buffet variety and quantity were criticized by some, and in-room food service received negative comments.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions skew positive for transit and short stays: many guests describe the stay as 'perfectly done the job', quiet, comfortable and with helpful staff, despite the noted cleanliness and amenity shortcomings.

The worst hotel have been to.. No desire to visit Tunis again.
Pros:

A gentleman called Ramzi who works at security at main entrance.

Cons:

Everything! Very racist and no respect for black people. It took 4 hours to check in and not even remorse after 14 hours of traveling!!!

Perfectly acceptable place, but far from 5 star advertised.
Cons:

Rooms are fine and comfortable. But just rough around the edges, shelf in the bathroom shower was broken, no robes in room, shower door didn't close well at all so there was water everywhere, just overall mediocre.
