Bom, mas não perfeito como espera um Marriot.
Pros:

Ambiente bonito

Cons:

Longe do centro de Medellín. Quem vai para lá e não sabe, fica em outra cidade, mas não em Medellin, em Sabaneta.
Não tem serviço de quarto.
Não tem smart TV e não tem Netflix, YouTube, nada…

Seguridad, limpieza y facilidades modernas.
Pros:

La seguridad del hotel es muy importante, empleados respetuosos y responsables. La ubicación del hotel es buena, esta retirada del bullicio del poblado y muy cerca del gran centro Comercial Mayorca, donde hay muy buenos restaurantes, para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. En este hotel puedes descansar en silencio. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, facilidades modernas y la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Pude dejarle saber a Juan en el Front desk sobre mis necesidades y él se encargó de comunicarlo al equipo del desayuno y así buscaron las mejores alternativas, el presto atención al detalle, lo comunico y trabajaron para corregirlo. Felicito a Juan, porque gente como el hacen la diferencia y que con solo escucharme y comunicar el mensaje logro que mejorara mi experiencia. Espero que le puedan hacer llegar este mensaje de agradecimiento y reconocimiento. Recomendación de añadir en el desayuno opciones de alimentos vegano o vegetariano, al igual que leche de almendra o avena.

Es un Hotel al cual siempre voy porque para mí lo más importante es sentirme como en casa y el hotel cumple con todas mis expectativas.

Cons:

Siempre les digo que la iluminación en el espejo del baño es muy poca, es lo único que no me termina de convencer pero se maneja.

Excelente Hotel aunque distanciado de las zonas turisticas

Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno y la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Cons:

El personal de recibimiento no nos ofreció el mejor trato, nos negaron inclusive una botella de agua. Sin embargo, en los dias siguientes otros miembros del personal nos ofrecieron un trato más cercano.

El Hotel por precio y calidad, funciona muy bien. la atención del personal fue muy buena. La ubicación funciona para una ciudad como Medellín, solo 15 minutos están los mejores sectores de la ciudad.
