Beautiful hotel and wonderful people
We have been to this hotel several times and we are never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and we always enjoy our stay. We will definitely return.
The property location is just incredible, and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel definitely has potential, and with a few tweaks, it could be much better and take the hotel to another level. Changing the white bulb to yellow would create a better atmosphere instead of a clinical feeling. There is a lack of a trash can in the room, a sign that says "do not disturb", an eye in the door for security. In the shower, there is a lack of grout for the ceramic tiles. We were in the room 1309.

Supposed receive a room upgrade, they didn't or they just ignored it. Thumb up for Mr. Rogelio in their restaurant, he corrected all the cook mistake. Watch out their prices. One shot of Hennessey V.S.O.P cost you 1,000 pesos at their rooftop bar🍸.
I went with my husband and the stay was amazing. Very relaxing and comfortable. The room was nice and the property grounds well kept and cozy. The breakfast was amazing. The best part was the attention we received from Jonel, Neil and Frai. Excellent staff! Would definitely return!

It is a nice and quiet place to stay in Samana. On the rooftop, it has a beautiful infinity pools and bar. Also, the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is respectful and friendly. If you have a car, there is plenty parking available. Located by end of the malecon, it offers amazing views of the bay and you can easily walk to different places like restaurants and bars.
