That it had an aqua park attached to the hotel

Cons:

Rooms were small, beds were uncomfortable. They charge 20€ if you lose a towel card.

Very good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is exceptional. The view of the lake and the park surrounding the hotel are truly impressive.The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and everything you need for a satisfying meal.

Cons:

The cleanliness around the slide could be improved. The stairs leading to the balcony could also be cleaner.
One downside is that there are no attendants supervising the water slides. However, despite this, the guests and children are careful, and everything seems to work well even without them.

Pros:

The location (because of the view on the lake) and the aquapark is great. Towelservice is good and breakfast is standard but good. We enjoyed the family room. Even in August the aquapark is not too busy.

Cons:

It's not five star anymore, the rooms are dated (wallpaper coming of etc) and very basic.

Pros:

Location and waterpark. Great for families. Spa was great and indoor pool was a lovely touch if you wanted to get out of thr summer heat.

Cons:

The staff could be very pushy with wanting tips. The facilities were alittle dated. And the carpark was a nightmare especially if they have a wedding or 2 at night. Plus the load music from the weddings. It felt less relaxed at night than the daytime.

Aqua parkı ve sessizliği güzeldi

Cons:

Personeller kesinlikle suratsız ve ilgisizdi. Otel işletmecisi oteli ziyaret etse durumdan utanır. Musluklar kırık, odalar wc kokuyor, sineklikler yırtık, banyo kapıları yarım açılıyor.Otele yerleştik valiz arabası asansöre sığmıyor. Personeller biz valiz arabasını sürerken bizi izliyor asla bilgilendirme yok. Sürekli insanlara surat asıyorlar. Aquapark taki sözde can kurtaranlar sürekli sosyal medyada takılıyor. Aqua da insanlar sürekli kayıyor yere düşüyor. Paslı zemini temizlemek bu kadar zor olmamalı.

Average and not worth the money spent
Pros:

Hotel very aged
Aqua park dirty, stairs to rides never cleaned. No available floaters to use on slides. Some staff at cafes rude and dismissive. A definite 3 star type hotel and way too expensive for what it is.

Bir daha konaklayacağımı düşünmüyorum
Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok güzel. Ve Aqua parkı olması zaten bu tesis seçilmesinin sebebi.

Cons:

Öncelikle göl manzarası diye aldığımız odanın zeminden bir alt katta olması ve ağaçlardan gölü görememek.

Ayrıca balkon caminin baştanbaşa çatlak olması.

Balkonda çamaşır kurutma askısı yoktu kırılmıştı.

Otelde gece ve gündüz inanılmaz bir havalandırma sesi var hiçbir havalandırma çalıştırmamıza rağmen gürültü hiç geçmiyor.

Ses yalıtımı çok zayıf koridorda bir yüre sanki odanın içinde yürüyormuş gibi oluyor.

Bina eskimiş ve bakıma ihtiyacı var.

Araç için otopark var ama otopark uzak ve otelin önüne araçla gelip gitmeniz için bir border koymuşlar o Bordür açacak kimse başında değil.

Odaya girdiğimizde yastıklarda lekeler vardı

Mini var kendini ancak soğutabiliyor. İçine bir şişe su koyduğunuzda o su saatler sonra bile soğumuyor.

Balkon kapısındaki Sineklik yırtık.

Beş yıldızlı bir oteli için bunlar kabul edilebilecek şeyler değil.

Üç yıldız otellerde karşılaşbileceğiniz durum durumlarla karşılaşıyorsunuz.

Gecelerine bu para verilen otelin bu konularda hassas olması gerekir
