We had a sea view room on the eighth floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was exactly as you would expect with a very extensive buffet selection and eggs on order. The waiting staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room package (Lush?) gave us access to The Living Room (think airport lounge) which is an unusual concept for a hotel I think. Free drinks and fruit available all day was a nice touch though with spirits and cocktails available from 5. It was soulless, however, and with no sea view lacked any kind of ambiance. The pool on the eleventh floor was a great place to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is great being just by the Sliema ferry stop so it is easy to get into Valetta and over to Gozo.
I would stay here again.
Great breakfast buffet with very friendly staff. Room was spacious. Great location.
Dinner options at the restaurant were limited and pricey.
Everything! I stayed in many hotels, from 3 to 5stars worldwide, but it was the first time I felt truly welcomed. Entire team (reception, restaurant, house keeping or Living room personnel) is exceptional, professional, polite, very kind and keen to always assist you, even for a very early checkin.
Location: very convenient, close to ferry to Valletta, restaurants, mall, etc
Hotel has a great Living Room space at 11th floor, with free drinks or snacks, well and comfortable equipped and furnished.
Room: big, very clean, nice design, good storage spaces, large and comfortable bed, awesome views from the the balcony overlooking Valletta and Sliemma bay
The fan(ventilator) in the bathroom was quite noisy.
This hotel was comfortable with large rooms and conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent with an expansive selection of options. Special shout out to Marleny who not only served us with a huge smile each day but was gracious to send breakfast food up to my room as well as ice when I strained my hamstring! She is the best!!
Place and my room. Sauna and Spa Area. Also cool idea with the "living room".
Breakfast could be better and pillows a little bit softer.
We booked a luxury suite which had a separate(ish) lounge and a great view of Valletta from the balcony. It came with access to the “living room” which provided complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit all day plus drinks and canapés from 5-8 which we really enjoyed although the atmosphere was sorely lacking. Breakfast was great with good service. We were there for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned but we had a do not disturb sign on for several hours on the first day -I would have expected them to find time to ask if we wanted it cleaned though, though I guess we could have requested a clean. Reception was underwhelming although they did let us check out an hour late. The location was ideal for the ferries and local restaurants and shops. There was a large indoor swimming pool but no gym (a discounted. 5 euros per trip to the local gym .
Magnificiant harbour view, good location, friendly staff, good restaurant, refined accessories
A bit high in pricing for this period in May
Clean
Some mosquitoes were found in the room.
Very quick checking. All the staff in the restaurant was exceptional; very friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location was ideal, right across & down a wee bit to the Silema ferry’s.
Nothing
Well maintained and beautifully decorated boutique hotel with a lovely restaurant on first floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was also celebrating my birthday while staying at the hotel they helped make it special. I’m grateful.
There was nothing to not like. All was good for me.
