A relaxing and affordable spa stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed the layout of the resort, the meals, and the spa facilities. The lobby is very open and lovely. The fresh fruit juice upon arrival was a very nice touch.

Cons:

There was a problem with my billing. They billed my credit card incorrectly and it took the duration of my stay to resolve due to the different time zones. However, we got it straightened out and they were very apologetic for the error.
