Pros:

The Khan Khediwe hotel was conviently located right in the center of downtown Amman at the main road. All of the important tourist sights are within walking distance. The local market as well as many restaurants, shops and money exchange offices are nearby. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. We ourselves didn't experience too much trouble due to the street noice, because most of the time it becomes less after 11-12 pm. It didn't affect our sleep. We were overall happy to stay at this hotel. Our special thanks goes to the receptionist mr. Laith for giving us excellent service during our stay.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues we encountered during our stay such as no availability of hot water during our first night (due to which we unfortunately had very little sleep) and a broken refrigerator. The staff did their best to solve these issues.

Nice stay in the comfortable hotel with grear location and extremely good service
Pros:

Location of the hotel is great, near the soyk, Roman Theathre and Downtown shops. Rooms are conenient and nice decorated. Personnel is grat!

Cons:

Noise from the street is quite luoda.

Pros:

Now this all depends on what you want. If you're after modern western-style then stay up the hill in the new city. If you're interested in the hustle and bustle, and also the frankly rougher edges of the old city, and being able to tumble out of bed and walk up hill one way to the Citadel, and the other way to Rainbow Street, and right next-door to the Nymphaeum, and along the road to the Amphitheatre.....and mix it up with local people in the markets and cafes. This is a good hotel, but don't expect the Hilton!!
