Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko najważniejszych obiektów w mieście, przy bulwarach nad Dunajem, jakieś 400 m od plaży miejskiej, co w upalne lato ma niebagatelne znaczenie.

Cons:

Było ok, ale niektórym może brakować klimatyzacji, balkonu, sam pokój bardzo czysty, ale na podjeździe często leżały jakieś odpadki i podjazd był zarośnięty chwastami.

An absolute nightmare – unsafe, unbearably hot, sleepless night

I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was so extreme that I feel it's my duty to warn others.

The apartment itself is modern and clean, but the location is a complete disaster.

I spent the worst night of my life trapped in a 30°C room with NO AIR CONDITIONING and no way to open the window, because the street below was filled with drunk, homeless people screaming and fighting all night long. I had to call the police twice. The first time they came. The second time, they didn't even bother to show up.

I couldn't sleep with the window closed because of the heat, and I couldn't sleep with it open because of the noise. I ended up having to take sleeping medication just to get a few hours of rest.

The digital check-in and interior design might look nice, but what's the point of a pretty room if you can't sleep and don't feel safe? This is not a hotel—it's a trap.

My advice to anyone reading: Do NOT book this place. Stay anywhere else in Linz. This address is a complete failure and ruined my entire stay.

To Limehome: Please remove this apartment from your listing until you install proper air conditioning and soundproofing. Offering this to guests is simply negligent.

Die Parksituation war katastropha, letztlich auch noch ein Verwarnung von 35 € erhalten. Ein Parkhaus in der Umgebung habe ich vergeblich gesucht.

Wir könnten beim Fernseher nur ORF ON nutzen - Live oder Sendung verpasst! Alle anderen Sender konnten wir nicht anschauen!!! Zimmer 109!!!

Schönes Apartment mit schlechter Parkmöglichkeit.

Sehr schönes Apartment, großes, bequemes Doppelbett, kleine Küchenzeile, tolles Bad.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeit schwer zu finden, Hotline war nötig, um weitere Infos zu bekommen. Parkfläche in der Tiefgarage sehr eng mit einem kompakten Auto.
