Pros:

A szállás megfelelő és tiszta volt.

Cons:

A szálláshoz tartozó parkolóhely megközelítése túlságosan bonyolult volt. Nem kaptunk megfelelő útmutatást a parkolóhely megközelítéséhez. Nehezen találtuk meg, kb. 1 órát bolyongtunk a környéken.

La asistencia ante los problemas deficitaria en la comunicación. La resolución por parte del técnico pésima

Me gustó los años anteriores cuando estuve. No tuve ningún problema, es el 4 año que me quedo y por lo que sea la asistencia técnica y limpieza han empeorado muchísimo

Cons:

La ducha no se arregló completamente (adjunto foto). Se contactó a la propiedad.

Dicen que van a limpiar, como han hecho siempre, ya que no es la primera vez que estoy en estos pisos. La excusa es que he puesto el cartel de no molestar. Cosa que es mentira ya que no existe tal cártel (ni caído en el suelo, ni en em pomo de la puerta).

El sistema de asistencia por WhatsApp es terrible ya que no hay continuidad. En ningún momento te dicen que llames por teléfono para solicitar más rápido los problemas.

Todo estos mensajes serán enviados al suporte de lime y pedir explicaciones.

Besser nicht buchen. Service gleich Null wenn man ein Problem hat.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nicht parken muss. Dies ist in Linz Zentrum allgemein recht schwierig. Das Rathaus Parkaus hat keine Obergrenze in den Gebühren und somit kostet es aktuell pro Stunde 3 Euro.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand.
- der Ausguss der Dusche roch
- Beide Duschköpfe waren defekt. Bei der Regendusche lief das Wasser oben raus und am Duschkopf vorbei. Die Handbrause zerfiel in Einzelteile
- ein Fenster war defekt, sodass es schief hing wenn man es öffnete
- Eine Beleuchtung flackerte die ganze Zeit

Ich habe dies sofort am nächsten Morgen gemeldet, jedoch aurde man nur hingehalten bis der Aufenthalt vorbei war und jetzt hört man gar nichts mehr.
