Tolle Lage für Citytrip
Pros:

Tolle Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung der Küche, perfekt für einen Citytrip. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten Bim-Station wenige Minuten entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundung und Pöstlingberg, Ars Electronica gleich ums Eck.
Jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Bahnhof zu Fuß 30 min oder direkt mit der Bim in wenigen Stationen gut und schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

offene Dusche mit Ausrichtung zum Waschbecken hin :(
Leider kein Wasserschieber vorhanden, sodass das Bad bis zum Auftrocknen unter Wasser stand oder man jede Menge patschnasse Handtücher hatte, dafür hätte es dann allerdings mehr gebraucht

Die Vorhänge waren für die Fenster zu klein, sodass es relativ bald hell im Zimmer war.

Kleinigkeiten:
Die Pflegemittel Duschgel und Handwaschgel waren vertauscht bzw. nicht eindeutig zuordenbar

Milchpulver oder Sahne wäre sehr fein gewesen

TV hat trotz Anleitung nicht funktioniert.

great unit for a couple or if you are traveling for work!
Pros:

great layout, lots of space, very recently refurbished, lovely lighting options, comfortable couch, kitchen seems fully stocked, chilled water a nice touch, shower working well.

Cons:

the units need signage within the apartment block. it is not clear where the unit is from the main entrance to the apartment block, and it is a sprawling and very large apartment block in which you otherwise immediately get lost.

there also needs to be signage on the interior about the door. i felt extremely unsafe as the door closes but does not lock, so you cannot lock the door once inside. it is not at all clear that the door cannot be similarly opened from the outside, given the absence of a locking mechanism. not being able to close your door in a foreign building creates a very unsafe feeling, particularly as this is a unit in an apartment block that is unstaffed at its entrance as it is residential, not a hotel. it is very easy to just leave a sign, and this is really the only thing that was strange, everything else about this booking was lovely.

Good location, but I'll not be coming back.
Pros:

The location and the mattress. It was really comfortable.

Cons:

The hight quality toiletries from Italy that were advertised were, in fact, a 3 in 1 product and there was no conditioner, which left my hair dry and tangled. The rooms come with a hair dryer that was nowhere to be found. I contacted the customer service and, even when they tried their best, the hair dryer came too late and I had to leave the room with wet hair. The room was overall clean, but I found dirty toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived, some sort of crumbs in the sink and the shower was not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing. If the price was cheaper I would not complain, but for 70 €/night I expected more.

Es ist ein sehr schönes zimmer

Cons:

Doch als ich mein check in hatte, war das bett nicht sauber. Das wc genauso nicht ich habe die Reinigungsdame bitten müssen dass sie das zimmer machen könnte.
