Nähe zum Stadtzentrum

Cons:

Es war leider die Tagesdecke, sowie die Couch mit schmutzigen Flecken (sah teilweise nach Blut aus) beschmutzt. Eines der Fenster kam mit entgegen und löste sich aus dem Rahmen, als ich es öffnete, eine der Lampen im Zimmer leuchtete nur sehr schwach und flackerte die ganze Zeit. Auch der Vorraum und der Eingang zum Gebäude ist verschmutzt und es lag viel Müll und leere Alkoholflaschen herum.
