Cons:

Someone opened my room door in the deep night, found me still awake, then closed the door. do you really change the door code each day? how come a stranger can open my door with the right entry code?

A kettle away from pretty superb. But very good nonetheless. And super handy.
Pros:

The location is great for an early morning trudge to the train station. Under 10 mins. The room was great. Big enough for one person, maybe two. Good big bathroom, too. Aircon worked great. Comfy bed.

Cons:

It's a kettle and a couple of sachets of coffee away from being superb, really. From the reviews, I was expecting the worst. But once you're inside the dodgy building (it's a big old apartment block, multi use) entrance, which isn't luxury by any means, the rooms are great. And good communication. I advise using WhatsApp. I had no issues. Would book again.

Nije bilo čisto, nema recepcije za informacije. Sat vremena smo popunjavali opet formural koji smo već ispunili da nam dadnu kod od sobe da je otključamo. Kada smo otključali nije bilo čisto i što je najžalosnije vidi se golim okom..posteljina se jako osjetila takodjer! Sve u svemu užas

The location was excellent and ideally situated for our needs, particularly its proximity to the train station.

Unfortunately, the lift was out of order for the duration of our stay, which meant climbing five flights of stairs each time we returned to the hotel. The stairwell was not particularly pleasant and felt quite intimidating late at night.

To be fair, the staff were very helpful and did try to find us alternative accommodation because of the lift issue. However, as being close to the train station was our main priority, none of the alternative options were suitable due to their distance.

As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel agreed to provide a 20% reduction to compensate for the inconvenience. At the time of writing, this refund has not yet been received.
