La posizione vicina alla metro

Cons:

Appartamento piccolissimo, rumoroso ma dovuto alle persone che ci soggiogano e al fatto che non c'è insonorizzazione..la porta si ingresso è ad 1 metro dal letto. Le finestre a Vasistas di 2 solo 1 si apriva e sono bloccate le tende. TV solo via internet..ma devi metterci la tua utenza.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with accommodation booked through Booking.com.
The main problem started with unclear check-in information. Before booking, the check-in time was not clear enough. After booking, I was asked to specify my arrival time, which gave me the impression that my arrival time could be accommodated. When I later found out the real check-in conditions from the owner, I immediately wanted to cancel, because the terms were not suitable for me.

Booking.com gives guests the option to contact the property and request free cancellation, so I did exactly that. However, the property refused and kept repeating that their standard policy applied. This was very frustrating because I requested cancellation very shortly after booking, and they would not have lost anything by accepting it. It felt like they simply wanted to keep my money, even if I did not stay there.

In the end, the owner told me that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM, but the room was still not ready. There was a cleaner there, but he did not seem busy or prepared. At first, he told me that check-in was at 3:00 PM. I explained that we had already arranged 2:30 PM with the owner. Only after that, he said “okay, 10 minutes” and quickly cleaned the room in front of us.
The cleanliness was not good. The accommodation itself was quite small, run-down, and not properly clean, especially in the corners and around the sockets. I only stayed there for a few hours and honestly did not enjoy it. Another issue was the soundproofing, which was terrible. I could hear every small noise from the corridor, every step, and almost everything happening outside the room.
What was most disappointing was the way the property treated me as a customer. The communication was cold, unhelpful, and disrespectful. They did not properly listen to my concerns and showed no flexibility or understanding.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.

tolle Lage, unkomplizierter Checkin/Checkout via Türcode. Sehr kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer

Cons:

etwas laut (hellhörig zum Gang sowie zur Straße), wenig Ablagefläche im Bad (wäre sehr einfach lösbar durch ein kleines Regal und zwei Haken).

Good location , very close to metro station, they also give very good instructions for getting into the rooms

Cons:

it was quite basic and run down but you get what you pay for! Also the water pressure in the shower was very bad

Kleine zolderkamer met vieze schimmelgeur.

Het ligt aan een leuk plein

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst stond er een plas water op de vloer en het bed was nat. Het raam had wijd open gestaan en er was flink binnen geregend. Achteraf snappen we waarom het raam zo wijd open stond: om de kamer te luchten vanwege de nare schimmelgeur. Via whatsapp hadden we contact en het eerste probleem werd vrij snel opgelost. Echter bleken er nog veel meer gebreken: schimmel in het kastje onder de wastafel, lekkende kraan, kapotte bedlamp, geen tv zonder Netflix account, kapotte zonwering en een vies trappenhuis. we kregen meerdere excuses en konden evt een late check out hebben. Wij wilden er echter zsm weer weg.

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber.

Cons:

Als ich die Tür zum Zimmer geöffnet habe ist mir gleich ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen gekommen. In diesem Zimmer wurde auf jeden Fall irgendwann geraucht, obwohl ein Rauchmelder im Zimmer ersichtlich war. Im Badezimmer hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Ich hatte während des Aufenthalts die Fenster offen, sonst hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten.

Je to v centru, takže z ulice byl při otevřeném oknu hluk. Chyběla část dveří do sprchy.
