Clean rooms and facilities. Great checkin staff. Comfy beds and pillows, good shower.
Pros:

Easy to access from the 401 and good routes to get to downtown Kingston.
Breakfast facilities and choices very good. Chef was out and about restocking and speaking to each guest!

Pros:

The breakfast was very good but there was a lot of wastage using paper plates, cups and wood utensils. Because they were used for food, they were not being recycled. Why not just use proper plates, etc. and just wash them?

Cons:

Pool open 9-9 but fitness centre open 6-midnight, why, neither one is manned?

Pros:

The hotel was really clean, friendly staff, excellent water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. We had full control of the temperature in the room. The breakfast had lots of options, but was average quality.

The room was clean including the hotel. Access to major streets and highways was easy. Breakfast room was great with a good variety. The staff was friendly .
