Overall a solid choice. Just a bit far from the city center.
Pros:

Clean rooms, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was poor. Only a couple of lamps and no ceiling lights. Only 1 chair in a room sleeping 4 people.

Nous avions fait la réservation bien en amont de notre voyage. Un mail de signalement concernant notre carte de crédit nous a été adressée. nous avons confirmé 'notre venu par mail. A notre arrivée l'accueil nous a proposé la chambre mais a un tarif bien plus cher. nous avons pris une chambre sans un autre hôtel .

Pros:

L'accueil était parfait, hyper chaleureux.
La chambre très grande, tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.
La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, spacieuse.
La literie très confortable, et le lit bébé était tellement bien que ma fille a dormi sans rien dire et s'est réveillée plus tard qu'à l'habitude.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bien! Surtout les gaufres qu'on pouvait se faire soi-même

Cons:

J'aurai espéré 1 ou 2 choses en plus pour le petit déjeuner comme des œufs brouillés plutôt qu'oeufs durs.

Pros:

I stay at this hotel a lot. This time the breakfast wasn’t that great. Usually there is meat ( bacon or sausage)and eggs or omelet but not this time. Tim Hortons for breakfast

Pros:

Das Personal war egal aus welchem Bereich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Überall wurde auf Sauberkeit wert gelegt. Das Frühstück variiert jeden Tag, für uns war es das leckerste Hotelfrühstück auf unserer gesamten Reise. Die Betten waren schön fest und es war ruhig.

Pros:

Prise en charge facile et rapide, la chambre très large, le double lit king size très confortable, le petit déjeuner bien en dehors de l'omelette toute faîte qui ressemblait à du carton reconditionné, le chef Eric du petit déjeuner très sympa et accueillant. Idéal pour une ou 2 nuits.

Cons:

Le chargement de 50 dollars canadien au cas ou nous rendions pas la chambre comme il se doit ... 50 dollars canadien rendu après notre départ. Un peu surprenant.... Le café américain toujours aussi lavasse.

A Wonderful Stay- Exceeded My Expectations!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

Both the room and bathroom were spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The combination of flooring, wood finishes, colours, and modern furnishings created a stylish, artistic, and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom and shower area were so spotless and well-maintained that I initially thought they had just been installed. I even asked a staff member how old the hotel was and was surprised to learn that it had been operating for approximately three to four years.

The breakfast area was lovely, and the breakfast itself offered a great selection of fresh, high-quality food.

My room faced east, giving me the pleasure of watching a beautiful sunrise in the morning, along with a wonderful view of the trees displaying their vibrant autumn colours.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the room. I particularly appreciated the subtle nightlight in the bathroom, the thoughtfully designed hallway lighting, and the colourful, glass-like wall decoration in the room. It was evident that considerable care had gone into the interior design and the selection of fixtures, furnishings, and amenities.

The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, design, and hospitality. I had an amazing stay and would gladly return.

I highly recommend Hampton Inn by Hilton Kingston to anyone visiting the area!

Cons:

There were only two minor inconveniences during my stay.

First, the bed was slightly squeaky, although it was not a significant issue.

Second, the only soap provided near the bathroom sink was a bar of soap. I would have preferred a wall-mounted liquid hand soap dispenser, similar to the body lotion dispenser installed beside the mirror. This would have been more convenient and practical.

Since I did not want to unwrap the bar of soap, I had to turn toward the bathtub, pump a little shampoo into my hands, and then return to the sink to wash them.

These were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect my otherwise excellent experience. However, addressing them would make the stay even more comfortable and convenient for guests.

Très bien mais le réveil assez désagréable.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner varié, la piscine était très agréable, la chambre très confortable ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas apprécié être réveillé à 6h45 par un bus stationné moteur tournant devant l’hôtel pendant environ 45min !

Hôtel à recommander pour quelqu'un qui se rend à Kingston
Pros:

Le très bon accueil de la réceptionniste. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. La présence d'un petit frigidaire dans la chambre. Le vaste parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner complet et varié inclus . La gentillesse et l'aimable écoute du personnel de service. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Goed ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Comfortable badkamer.Goed gelegen als je op doorrit bent.

Cons:

Kamer aan de straatzijde. Vrij druk verkeer. Als je last hebt van geluid best vragen om kamer langs de zijde van ingang te hebben.
