Excellent stay, would highly recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Staff are amazing. Great stuff: pool and hot tub, free breakfast, cleanliness, large shower, mini fridge and microwave in room.

Cons:

Pillows and comforter.

Very comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here
Pros:

The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding! The products in washroom (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) were very high quality and the sheets were so soft. Breakfast was plentiful, staff were fabulous!

Cons:

Location was different to navigate as my GOS didn’t pick it up and I had to call the hotel to guide me in (kind of in the county, off the beaten path but very close and accessible to major way so it’s quiet but accessible, if that makes sense). My only complaint would be that the large mirror on the sliding door in bedroom was streaked when I arrived (see last photo). It was so streaked that I had to ask that someone go and clean it so I could see, which they did, but it was still smeared which tells me they need to charge their glass cleaning products? Otherwise, room was spotless, and amazing

Beautiful rooms

Cons:

Pool and spa was very small. Hockey team was in there so we couldn’t access it at all.. it was our main reason for coming as it’s Valentine’s Day weekend

Pros:

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were so friendly. Hotel room was very nice and very clean.
