因為颱風需要更改行程 人員非常貼心地與我討論更改入住時間的方案
事後得知 與我參加同一場活動的觀眾 有些旅館不讓他們換日期或退費 讓我更加感到選擇日野苑非常幸運
房間內的設施和整潔度也是讓人舒服到下次來台北還會想住

This hotel has all of the essentials that a traveller needs!
Pros:

I would stay at this hotel again. The location is good, less than 15 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station, with many places to eat and convenience stores very close. The reception staff were very friendly, efficient and spoke good English. The room and bathroom were a good size. There were plenty of power and USB charging sockets, including next to the bed. There was a good sized desk where I could use my laptop comfortably. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room - coffee capsules and bottles of water were replenished every day.
There is a large lounge in the basement with a microwave, coffee machine, cups, plates and cutlery. There are tables, chairs and sofas so you can bring your own food and eat here. You just have to wash up the items you use - there's even dish washing liquid and a sink provided.
There are two washing machines and dryers that are free to use for guests - the hotel even provides washing detergent for free! After going out hiking all day, I could wash and dry my clothes in the hotel laundry, ready for use the next day!
This hotel has thought of everything that I need from a hotel and more!

Cons:

There was only one elevator, but there was never a long wait to use it.
Not the hotels problem but I could hear people shouting either in adjacent rooms or the street outside. The noise didn't keep me awake though.
I really don't have anything significant that the hotel needs to improve.

Pros:

Clean, value stay close to Taipei Station. Happy to stay again.
Pros:

Cleanliness is very important to me and when I entered the room, it was clean especially the bathroom. I think it’s been renovated recently.

I also liked the size of the room. It was spacious for 2 people to move around including space for 2 luggages without bumping into each other.

I couldn’t find the right exit when we arrived on the airport train so walked a long way before reaching hotel but after asking hotel staff, it is actually very close to Taipei Main Station.

Staff was friendly and accommodated my request for higher floor. 24 hour reception is handy too. I didn’t use basement lounge area but it is a good place to chill and relax with coffee machine (photo attached). Wished there’s free snacks like other hotels provide.

Cons:

Z10 is closest exit to station but it doesn’t have lift or escalator so makes it challenging with luggages. You have to make sure you know the exact exit from airport train line.
