Kein Klima, kaputte Ladestationen und völlig überteuert!

Dieses Hotel war für mich eine grosse Enttäuschung und ist für den verlangten Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Laut Beschreibung verfügt das Hotel über eine Klimaanlage. Tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch lediglich um eine Art ökologische Lüftung, die praktisch keine Wirkung zeigt. Beim Betreten des Zimmers fühlte es sich an wie in einem Ofen. Obwohl ich den Abend entspannt im Zimmer verbringen wollte, war dies aufgrund der unerträglichen Hitze nicht möglich. Die Temperatur liess sich auch nach Stunden kaum reduzieren. Wie kann ein Hotel im Jahr 2026 noch ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage betrieben werden?

Ein weiterer Grund für meine Buchung waren die Ladestationen für Elektroautos in der Tiefgarage. Von insgesamt fünf Ladestationen funktionierte jedoch keine einzige. Darauf wurde ich weder vor noch bei der Ankunft hingewiesen. Dadurch konnte ich mein Fahrzeug nicht laden und mein Plan für den nächsten Tag wurde erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Auch die Zimmerausstattung entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Es gibt weder einen Kühlschrank noch eine Minibar. Stattdessen findet man lediglich einen Wasserkocher und eine leere Glasflasche mit dem Hinweis, man könne Leitungswasser trinken. Das mag nachhaltig gemeint sein, wirkt in dieser Preisklasse jedoch eher befremdlich.

Insgesamt waren Komfort, Ausstattung und Service weit von dem entfernt, was ich aufgrund der Beschreibung und des Preises erwartet habe. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Für Schweiz gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit schönen Zimmern!
Pros:

Geräumige Zimmer mit großem Bad
Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Unser Bad war leider nicht zu 100% sauber (Haare in der Dusche). Wir waren nur beruflich für 1 Nacht dort.
Weit weg vom Stadtzentrum, halbwegs nah an der EXPO Bern.

Zimmer 128 sehr gross, fast ein zuviel für nur eine übernachtung. =)

Cons:

Leider war der Boden nicht wirklich sauber und der Kühlschrank hatte auch noch Essens Resten vom Vorgänger darin.

الحمامات ريحتها سيئه ، لاتوجد مياه شرب واذا تبغى مويه حاطين ثلاجات في الدور الثاني لازم تنزل تشتري على حسابك ، مكيفات حاره جدا انا اخذت غرفتين واضرينا ننام في غرفه وحده واحنا اربع اشخاص ، لايوجد ريسبشن للتواصل في الليل ، ريسبشن يقفل الساعه 11، لاتوجد فرش اسنان ،اتصلت على رقم الطواريء محد رد عليه ، اخيرا غالي وانا خسران فيه عالفاضي المشكله بوكينق مايقدر يحميك كعميل شي مؤسف
