L hôtel n avait pas accès à leur compte booking ils ont prétendu qu ils n avaient aucune réservation. 2 h plus tard après appel à booking ils nous ont donné 1 chambre avec 2 lits au lieu de 3 lits
Petit déjeuner très pauvre qui commence à 5h donc si vous allez au machu à 6h cela fait court. Les bagages devaient être livrés à la gare
Ne voyant rien arrivé malgré nos appels nous somme allés les chercher. Hotel pas sérieux ni professionnel....ne parlant pas de l odeur nauséabonde des toilettes et que les fenêtres sont aussi épaisses que du papier à cigarettes.....perte de temps et d argent

Great place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu

O quarto parece um motel, as fotos são bonitas e cama também, mas escolhe o mofo, a limpeza ruim e a falta de segurança.
Pros:

A cama era confortável.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro, toalhas manchadas.
Segurança: a janela não trava, e está no nível da calçada.
Barulho da rua alto, pois a janela não tem nenhuma vedação e da recepção, pois a janela do banheiro fica virada para recepção.
Cheiro forte de mofo.

Pros:

Do not stay. We had to reschedule our stay here due to the protests going on. They still charged us and did not offer us a refund. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone here. Messages and calls were not answered.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tara. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the stream. Hearing the sound of the stream and the birds were so relaxing. Roy was so kind and warm to us and was really helpful when my daughter had altitude sickness. He gave us great recommendations with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, it wasn’t in the midst of all the nightlife but not far from it either. It was great to be so close to the line for the Machu Picchu buses - so convenient, we could just roll out of bed. A memorable stay with the warmest hospitality.

This hotel accommodation was arranged by Alpaca Expeditions via their 2D/1N hotel trek package. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we found the room size and bed(s) size adequate for 3. However, the bathroom was in bad shape. The shower door did not completely shut, so water made its way to the bathroom floor during a shower. There was evidence of black mold on the ceiling in the shower, bathroom, and painted over in the main room ceiling, also evidence of black mold in the grout in the shower and bathroom floor as the bathroom had no ventilation. Faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and broken and the room overall had a funky smell. Noticed this hotel had lots of good reviews on TA, so maybe it is just this room #103- but would personally not stay here again.

This is a great location if you are catching the Machu Picchu buses early in the morning, however, the hotel was less than what we expected and paid for. I would not recommend it to others.

Pros:

Our room was very comfortable, especially with the blankets the staff provided. Cons were that our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the walls/doors were extremely thin so we were awoken a lot by anyone utilizing the stairwell. The breakfast was a little bit lacking - more variety would have been nice.

Very nice and clean hotel.
Pros:

Very nice and basic hotel. The room was very clean. Our room was a triple and had plenty of room for all of us. The shower was hot and good water pressure. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was very good. Overall very nice value for the money when visiting Macchu Picchu.

Our stay at the Tara hotel Machu Picchu was excellent. They had someone meet us at the train station to help with bags and to show us the location of the hotel. They allowed us for early check in and were accommodating our entire stay. Breakfast in the morning was nice, and they had eggs made to order. The location along the river was great and it was close to the hot springs in Aquas Calientes. We would definitely stay here again.
