Staff doesn’t speak a lick of English but that’s okay, they are nice, beautiful, and helpful; Ruby was great! I can see what people mean by the importance acquiring particular rooms, because if you get one by the balcony there will be noise pollution because the hotel is located right in the mix of things. The room I had did not have that issue though.

The restaurant next door has music on the weekend til about midnight then goes off then the club behind the hotel goes until about 2am so you will hear music. Other then that 2 yrs this has been my spot no issue hopefully none in the future currently visiting once a month for 3 days the last year

Es un hotel básico recomendado para solo llegar a dormir.
Muy bien ubicado cerca de muchos lugares de interés, puedes llegar caminando fácilmente a restaurantes, a la plaza de santo Domingo donde peina Ross, a Getzemani, a la catedral, el muelle de la bodeguita etc
Camas cómodas, almohadas cómodas, televisión funciona bien al igual que el aire acondicionado, el frigobar bien también.
No hay llave de agua caliente en la regadera, por las tardes el agua es tibia y soportable, pero por las mañanas es complicado adaptarse al agua fría.
Lo malo es que no hay elevador y debes cargar tus maletas por las escaleras y no vi que hubiera botones para que te ayudarán con el equipaje, en mi check out una recamarera se apiadó de mi y me ayudó con una maletita jejeje.
En general bien, lo recomiendo y sin duda regresaría

Tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel, me sentí estafada, el lugar terrible, la habitación no era lo que describían, el trato muy malo, pedí un reembolso y no quisieron hacerlo, me pueden ayudar?

Belle hotel au coeur de cartagene. Ce n'est pas la plus belle, mais c'est propre confortable et tranquille. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Je n'aurais pas pu trouver mieux.

I arrived late, my room was dirty, only bed was done. No towels, no toiletries, ac remote not working.
There was no staff to help me on those issues, just the reception girl, and only handed me ONE towel.


I was so tired to go and find another hotel at that time.

And next day I had to go ask again at 4pm to get my room cleaned and toiletries as it was the same state.

Es el mejor lugar para mi. A un paso de todo, buenos restaurantes, farmacia, tienda de conveniencia, bares, discotecas, TODO. Excelente siempre la atención del personal.
NO es una opción si buscas descanso y silencio, es una calle muy concurrida día y noche-

Hotel mt hem localizado. Cama e ducha boas. É uma pena q economizem em coisas simples: Deram só um sabonete pequeno para banho e mãos, e ñ forneceram uma água e shampoo conforme estava na descrição do hotel.

The staff there is the best customer service can not be touched. Thank you for taking care of my comfortable visit.
