Fantastic hotel - Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

We liked the spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable with coffee/tea provided in the room. Also you could fill up a water bottle from the lobby outside your room. Location was excellent for all the attractions. Hotel not too big and breakfast / dinner was good. We liked how the restaurant could open the windows back fully on warm days. Valet parking was great. Staff very friendly.

Good option for Boston Marathon!
Pros:

Stayed here for Boston Marathon weekend a few times, and it is nice to be out of the hub bub near Copley. Nice park out front to relax or stretch, and some good, local shakeout run options. Good options for Italian just across the highway and other good food at market next door. Pub row around the corner for post race celebration.

Cons:

Pricey on marathon weekend and a tough slog coming back after the marathon. This is not a hotel issue - but it is tough to get on the T after the marathon - and it is a looong walk back!

A Wonderful Stay at Canopy by Hilton
Pros:

had a fantastic experience and loved almost everything about my stay.
The location is excellent — close to both the city center and the piers, making it easy to get around and explore.
The staff truly stood out. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and genuinely eager to help whenever I had questions.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was also wonderfully quiet — I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all.

Cons:

The only minor thing: during housekeeping, my own teaspoon was taken away by mistake — they probably thought it belonged to the hotel. But honestly, it was such a small thing and didn’t take away from a great stay.
